you and I are pretty close in weight, height AND age!!

I think some of my problems losing weight are because I am having early menopause....I started about 18 months ago....so I will just have to work harder at it I guess....

I'm in what I guess they call perimenopausal. Never quite sure when my period will come. I wonder if it's something with our generation? My sister is 15 months older than me, and same thing!

I, for one, am not complaining...I'm not even perimenopausal...I'm almost done...if I don't see tom by March 22 then that's one year and I'm DONE...YAY!!

ironically that's also my daughter's birthday and the beginning of spring.....

I am sooooooo looking forward to it!

Just checking in today. No gym this weekend (wife's away, and I have the kids), back at hard on Monday.

              1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works

3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.

I just started this new job and it has been kickin my arse.......its all I can do to come home and cook dinner, I've had no time to come and post or anything.
Please dont forget me.....I am here and thinking of you all and this board and I'm sure when I get a little more use to all the working I will be around more.
