Today... (or should I say yesterday) was my workout day off. I try to keep Sunday as my free day. Tomorrow is weigh day. It will mark the end of week 2. Yippee! I am gonna stick to induction for a while longer than two weeks. I realize the importance of moving up the rungs...but, I do not feel comfortable doing that just yet.

60 minutes this AM (Weights/Elliptical) 1735/4950 Hoping to make it to Gracie Jiu Jitsu tonight for another 120 minutes of pain and sweat, lol.

Blue...How do you work all that in with work and your family? You have got to be getting up really early and going to bed really late..

Hey All
WOW... Lot's going on here. Looks like I'll be moving from Kentucky out to Sonora, California. It's a long story but I grew up in northern California and my company has an opening in Sonora so I'm going for it.
Anyway, I normally check in on Thursdays so I'm really late. Getting ready for the big move and all. I only lost a single pound this week but it's still a loss so I won't complain. Here's my new stats for this week:

Well earlier this week I had gained a few lbs (dont know why)...and as of this morning I am back to 221. Was hoping for more but oh well...I really think my tom has something to do with it...I am so emotional I dont even want to be around myself today. lol. Also, my tooshie is so sore from that butt machine yesterday...but no pain no gain right? Congrats on your loss sherri...Im jealous! (:Comment
