    Liz! It is horrid isn't it? you put on something, think you are looking good, right? then turn and look at the back! Thanks for the compliment! I intentionally put on that shirt so you could see "what I was working with" so to speak.
    I never turn around and look at the back....


    it's the pool and the condo building where I live...it's not that big, so I have to swim LOTS of laps.

      Oh, that would get annoying I bet. The pool at the gym is 25 yards long. I have to do 20 laps to get 1,000 yards. I really miss it though. I haven't swam the past few days. This is the longest I have gone without swimming.

              Chick... you are too funny.

              I hope you guys have a wonderful weekend. Just wanted to let you guys know that I won't be back on the board until Monday evening. I am leaving after work today to go to Savannah to visit my old college roommate so I won't be online and I won't be getting any exercise minutes in either.

              Keep up the great work guys! I'll be back soon.

                  Today was weigh in day!!!

                  2/1/08 I re-started Atkins at 347 lbs

                  I've completed 14 days of induction

                  Weighed in this morning at 335 lbs.

                  I ate really well yesterday..."Prolly knowing I was weighing in today"

                  BF - 3 eggs, coffee
                  LU - Spinach/Roddicho Green Mix with Ck breast w/vinegar and oil
                  SN - Melted Mozz chz "crackers"
                  DIN - 3 Steak Ums with 2 eggs
                  WATER - WATER - WATER

                  Now I just need to get off my a$$ and get to the gym...well...actually not get off my a$$, someone please make like 4 hours more in the day!

                  My days start at 4:30am and don't end until 11pm-1am EVERY night. I haven't watched a TV show since before Thanksgiving... I DVR my soaps (Y&R and B&B) but have to keep deleting the older ones cuz I hit 100% max capacity...

                  I need to have one weekend by myself, and do some catch-up......

                  I hope you all have a great day....seeing my scale 12 lbs. lower is just more motivation!!!

                    40 year old male 6' 3"

                    What I know:
                    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                        thank you guys for all your support...I wasn't expecting to stall 1 week into induction never before would I have stuck to any kind of diet or woe if I wasn't losing weight...and it has been SOOOOOO frustrating these last 3 weeks, but I stuck to it with your support and inspiration...and now the weight is coming off!!! not just on the scale...I can FEEL it...YAY!!


                        oh..and 30 minutes swimming for me.
