        2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
        3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
        4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

          30 minutes for me today...and a ton of house work....I still have to rearrange my room to accomodate my new elliptical and stationary bike...they won't do me much good sitting in their boxes!!

              Yes, they make much better clothe hangers if you take them out of the boxes

                  Congrats on all the losses this week! WOW, I'm impressed. And all the exercise minutes too.

                  I'm glad to be back and catch up with everyone in the CC. I had a great weekend in Savannah and proud to report that I stayed on track...no cheats! YAY! I was awfully tempted this morning at the breakfast buffet but I stuck with meat and eggs. I will do my weigh-in tomorrow. Heading to the gym tonight for Power and Kick classes. Hope everyone is enjoying their Monday.
