I want to be in onederland by March 1. I had a suspicion I was retaining water but now I am pretty sure. I am drinking at least 3 liters of water a day and my urine is less in volume and more concentrated.

Sooo, I had heard something about horseradish being a diuretic and I knew I had some grated horseradish in the fridge. I just had some wings and instead of having blue cheese dressing, I mixed mayo with grated horseradish. It was fantastic! I hope it gives me a wooshie.

I don't really like it that much. I guess it's because I had Turbo Jam first and I LOVE it. I'm hoping this will grow on me, since I've already paid for it.

Hey cat, Where did you get your turbo jam from...(do you think walmart has it) I think Im gonna try to look for it tomorrow. I need to find something I can do from home for those days I cant get to the gym...and from the way you talk about it...it sounds like a challenge, yet fun!

I don't think it's in stores but you can get it on ebay. If you buy on ebay you can probably get an individual DVD to see if you like it. Start with the Learn&Burn that has the 20 minute workout and Cardio Party 1 on it. I do LOVE it. I'm trying to alternate my routines (Leslie Sansone/Turbo Jam/and Hip Hop Abs). I'm such a solo gal. I do better at home than in a gym....I don't like people watching me. LOL!!

Morning everyone.

Cat, I always hated doing exercises at home alone. I would have good intentions and then I would just fizzle out. I used to buy videos and stuff, do them a few times and never touch them again. At least now, if I feel the urge to do something, I have cable and I get On Demand and they have videos there.
