    40 year old male 6' 3"

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

      Well... well... well... my lil train is chuggin' slowly along. I have lost another half pound. So, I have made it halfway to my goal. Yay!!!

            Actually the challenge ends on March 21st. You have until midnight on Friday to update your stats. I'm so proud of all of you and the hard work you've put in to this challenge. Let's make these last 48 hours count!!

                  checking in with my final weight...since I can't weigh tomorrow...weighed in this morning and was still at 298...was hoping to have lost another pound, but I'm happy with this

                    1,835/1,800 min GOAL!!

                    I weigh tomorrow so I will check in with that! I didn't make goal weight but I had no idea I was being totally unrealistic. I joined with only six weeks left and I said 25 pounds??? I am lucky I lost what I did.

                        I almost killed myself today doing it. I got it in my head I should swim a whole mile. I am hurting right now lol.

                          Hello Challenger,
                          Congratulations to all of you, with all the minutes you put in, and the pounds you lost forever. WHOOHOO! I went for a 2 1/2 mile walk today. I did it in 40 minutes. I didn't make my exercise goal--
                          750/1500
                          Although, I'm hoping to make my weightloss goal. I made it 18 days without stepping on the scale. I'm a bit anxious for the weigh in tomorow a.m. I'm hoping to be at 240 which will be 17 pounds gone (my goal) for this challenge. If I make it tomorrow, this will be the first weightloss goal I've met on any challenges here. So I'm pretty excited.
                          I'll be reporting first thing in the morning.
                          Thank you Liz for heading up this challenge. You did a great job! I appreciate all of your time and effort.

                            Sherri, keeping my fingers crossed that the scale will be good to you tomorrow. I'm proud of you for staying off the scales for 18 days! Can't wait to see what the results are.
