Bluebelt2007.........307/285/283..........4,960/4,950 min...........2 lbs. to goal (22 pounds lost)

Weights 60 minutes and Walked on Treadmill 60 minutes

I was close to making goal, but just missed out. I have no complaints and I am very happy regardless.

Some of you guys just have amazing exercise minutes! The muscle you gained in that will surely make the next round of pounds easier to lose. I applaud your workout motivation. I can't imagine it comes easily

290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

            Hello Challengers
Congratulations to each and everyone of you for all of your dedication and hard work .
No more weight loss to report from me. The scale didn't budge. I'm still at 243 today. I'm really happy that I didn't weigh every day of those 18 days I stayed off the scale.
Although, I did lose inches. I lost an inch off my bust, 3 inches off my waiste, an inch off of my hips, in just this month alone already. Last month I lost a total of 7 1/2 inches and 10 pounds.
So as far as I'm concerned, even though I didn't make my goals, I still succeeded.
Thanks again for this challenge Liz. I'm looking forward to the summer challenge.
            Again, Congratulations everyone!
            Sincerely, Sherri

I am proud of my weight loss and wish I had been more realistic. When I joined, there were 6 weeks left in the challenge and that is 2 pounds a week that I lost. I don't know what I was thinking, I just threw a number out there. I am pround I pushed myself on the exercise too. Without these challenges, I know I wouldn't do as well. Thanks guys for the support!

CONGRATS on reaching your exercise goal Blue! You kicked some major booty in this challenge!

Sherri, I know we all like to see a loss on the scale, but sometimes maintaining is just as important. You didn't move up, that's an accomplishment in itself. Keep doing what you know to do and that scale just has to move. Congrats on those inches lost too! WOOHOO!

Digital! You rocked this challenge. Congrats on reaching your goals!!

Porcelain, you did a great job in this challenge. You gave it your all and lost half of your goal AND you accomplished your exercise goal! WAY TO GO!!

I'm still 5 pounds from my goal but overall I lost 23 pounds in 11 weeks. I'm very happy with that. And I exercised a total of 4,345 minutes!!

Congratulations guys...We have all done very well!!!

I didnt get to report in yesterday, went to visit my dad, and no computer there...I did get in 60 mins of exercize yesterday...so I just fell short of meeting that goal...missed it by 34 mins. ): You think I could have got in another half hour...but after 17 miles...I was whooped!

I also missed my weight goal...however I'm still really proud of myself...starting the challenge a month late, and losing 13 lbs...also with all this exercize I am losing inches like crazy! My body is really changing! I still have a really long way to go, but with more challenges like this...Im sure to get there eventually. (:

What a great challenge, Thanks Liz for all your hard work, and coordinating this challenge for us!

Hopefully I will make goal in the next one...when does it start, do we know yet!

Once again Congrats everyone...whether you made goal or not, we've still all got a lot to be proud of!!!
