          Hello Liz,
I would like to report my 2 pound loss. I'm at 237. Also 60 minutes exercise. I don't have internet access at home. My monitor went out on me. So i'll be reporting in at the library for now, once a week.
Great job everyone. Keep up the fantastic work you're all putting in on yourself. Proud of you!

            What I know:
            1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

I weighed this morning and I am down another 1.2 pounds. Down to 190.2. I was hoping to be just under 190 by the end of the month but I got real close!

Hey Jammie, it's good to hear from you. I was wondering where you were. Glad to hear you're still on track! Congrats on that pound down.

And congrats to you other losers too!! You guys are doing great. Abouttime, try not to let the scale discourage you. I know it's hard, I'm the same way about the scale, but as long as you're sticking to the plan and getting your exercise in, you are on the right track. Keep on pushing on and focus on how good you feel when you eat the Atkins way.

Blue, I was just thinking of you last night. The owner of our gym just opened up a new Martial Arts center for serious competitors to train. It has a big cage in it and lots of other stuff. When they were talking about it last night I thought of you and wondered if they taught stuff like SG.

Sounds nice. Chances are if they have a cage, then the teach Brazilain Jiu Jitsu and/or submission grappling. Kind of a must these days if someone wants really train MMA fighting, you have to bewell rounded in the fighting game. Have a great weekend Liz.
