        95 minutes today (15 min am walk w/stairs, 70 min clogging, 50 crunches, 45 squats)

          30 minutes for me, abs, squats. Liz I seem to finally be losing. Is it to late to change my weight loss up to 30. I should have stayed there but I was losing almost nothing at the time. Thanks, Kathie

              Back to my starting weight ( grr before the cheat).....hopefully a downward trend will start!!!

                Put in 60 minutes of walking uphill and downhill yesterday (whew!) and down to 274 today!


                This is the second time trying Atkins and hopefully this time it will be a permanent life change for me.

                            Thanks! My exercise is way down. I need to get back in the groove of that. I was just getting to feeling better and then today happened. I will be glad when school is over.

                                I took a test yesterday and if I failed it (below 75%), I will need to take a retake. If I don't pass the retake, no matter how good my average in the class is (I have a high B) I will have to leave the class. I was going to take microbiology this summer but if I get kicked out, I think I might just get a job and work. She didn't assign any book work for this test, told us to study the power points she gave us. Rarely any of it was on there. Also there were things on the test she specifically said would not be on there. If I failed it, I am pretty sure the majority of the class failed it. I am so upset.

                                Sorry, this was the wrong place to vent this!
