I'm going camping this weekend, so there's going to be a LOT of hiking, which I can't wait for, so I'll bring my pedometer with me and keep track of the exercise.
Weighed in a couple of days early, down 2 lbs for the week.

30 minutes of exercise this morning. Walking and exerckise bike. Still at the same 276 though!!
This is the second time trying Atkins and hopefully this time it will be a permanent life change for me.
