      I know, it took me forever to get over the 200 mark. Once I got under it though, it fluctuated a bit and now I am satisfied to say it doesn't go over the 200 mark any more on the scales, even at the doctor's office.

        Porcelain, That will be such a great feeling! My husband is so excited for me as well...this morning when I told him what the scale said he was like "Baby your soooo close".... Moving into that next weight bracket (whether it be out of the twos, or threes) (as most of you know) is a huge acomplishment...and I cant wait...I know I will feel a great sense of accomplishment! You all will deff hear my screams! (:

                I am so excited for you. I am close to another. I saw 192 on the scale but it was brief and I was kinda dehydrated so I waiting for a little bit but I will definitely be dancing around when I see the 180s. But nothing feels as good as breaking past that 200 number into onderland.

                        Got 30 min of exercise in yesterday. At weigh in I was at 277. So only 1 pound. Hoping for some higher numbers in the upcoming days.


                        This is the second time trying Atkins and hopefully this time it will be a permanent life change for me.

                          40 year old male 6' 3"

                          What I know:
                          1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                          2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                          3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                          4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                                I have lost 5 lbs this week bringing me down to 226 lbs! Nice to finally see the whooshie fairy! I also did 210 minutes of exercise this week.
