    30 more minutes of walking and squats today!


    This is the second time trying Atkins and hopefully this time it will be a permanent life change for me.

        30 minutes and down to 237. Good thing, cause that pound gain last week was depressing!

            I lost 8.3 pounds this week!! I was super excited. That puts me at 309 pounds (only 10 away from Twoville!)

            I also worked out today for a total of 2.5 hours today. I started out with my personal trainer who put me through a grueling leg workout and then proceeded to wobble through Kick, as my legs felt like Jell-O. lol My hair was soaked by the time I left the gym, so I'd say it was a pretty darn good workout.

            Congrats to all you losers this week. Keep on sending me those numbers! I love seeing the losses!

                          What I know:
                          1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                          2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                          3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                          4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
