        I just now saw that you guys are having this challenge and that it is over for sign up. Would it be possible for me to sign up still????


        This is the second time trying Atkins and hopefully this time it will be a permanent life change for me.

              What I know:
              1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
              2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
              3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
              4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                              Well guys, it's strange. I've been sick, kinda limping and not doing any focused exercise, although my life activities have been non-stop, ie, neverending loads of laundry, walking along hunched over trying to teach my 2-year-old how to ride her tricycle, planning for a major concert (3 rehearsals @3 hours a pop). I'm drinking my water and taking my supplements. Amazingly, my WOE has been phenomenal, and I've had a major whooshie! I'm somehow, miraculously down to 303.6!??? How the heck did THAT happen! I vow after the concert tomorrow that I'm going to get in some sort of cardio. I just haven't had any energy. Way to go everyone! Keep up the good work!

                                On mine, I would like to put in 1000 minutes of exercise and that I will lose 22 pounds before July 4th.
