      I'm officially stalling!!! =( weighed myself this morning and I'm still 231 lbs! Maybe I'm not drinking enough water. Ugh. But That's okay! I'll increase my water intake and see how next weigh in goes.

                  Hi everybody! Im so excited with this challenge Im starting to get more order in my exercises cause I was doing some for every part of my body but I read its better to do just half the body one day and the other half the next day to let your muscles heal from the workout.

                  I did 5 min walk for warming, 30 minutes exercises with weights for arms, breast, 60 abs, waist and hips, 2 mile walk in 50 minutes and 10 minute cooling off.

                      I will stay with the 285 SW (not going to weigh until May 1sth-then I will start back once a week, I started weighing everyday again, which is big no no for me personally).

                      60 minutes (Elliptical/Treadmill) 60/4,000 min.

                        Who hooo, I"m super excited about this challange!!

                        I did 60 minutes on the treadmill today, and 20 weights-
                        I was 224 this morning and I will update weight weekely on Mondays :<)

                            Hey Liz, welcome back!!! (I'm glad you had a good time)

                            I'm excited that the new challenge has begun...I pledge to lose 24 lbs (2 lbs/wk x 12 weeks)

                            and I pledge to do 2160 mins of exercize...(60 mins, 3x/wk = 180 mins/wk x 12 wks = 2160 mins)

                            Hope my math is right!

                            I will post my starting weight tomorrow (just went to get on the scale, and its not working, so I will weigh tomorrow and let you know).
