    The challenge doesn't start till Monday, so I tink you can still change it since folks will be updating their weights and stuff.

        Here's as mentioned my update regarding weight. Since I only lost about 10 lbs in the past 6 weeks and therefore I'm a slow looser, I decided to keep my goal weight for 4th of July unchanged - gotta keep it real... right! However I increased the minutes of exercise.

        Current Weight: 233
        July 4 Goal: 209 (-24)

          I'M BACK!! I had the most amazing time on my cruise. I will definitely have to post some pictures soon. I didn't lose as much as I'd hoped to by the cruise but I felt great about the progress I'd made. I was full of energy and I know that's because of Atkins and all the exercise minutes I've been putting in. I can't wait to start this new challenge and start shedding some more pounds! It's good to be back and checking in with you guys.

            Welcome to the challenge Mom, Kendall, and Sugar!

            Our challenge starts tomorrow so it's not too late to modify your stats. It's great to see some of you getting a jumpstart on those minutes and reporting already but I won't officially count them until the start of our challenge tomorrow. We have 22 participants.                             I'm so glad i found this challenge in time!

                            I would like to pledge 4500 minutes of exercise and would like to lose 35 pounds.
                            I don't know my start weight just yet (somewhere around 270) but I'll post that after I weign in tomorrow morning.

                              I am happy to start this too. I have been off of my exercise. I had a little trouble with my fibro so I stopped exercising for a few days and then my blood pressure went up! I am ready to get back to it.
