    I'm in!!! I need to really focus and get my rear in gear! So this challenge sounds great!

    Okay I will post my weight on April 14th cuz that's when I weigh in again. And then I can put my goal weight for the challenge. I'd like to weigh 230 for July 4th which depending on what I weigh on the 14th is gonna be about a 30lb loss.

    WGT LOSS = 30
    EXERCISE MINUTES = 2,880 Mins.

            Hey Liz,

            I know that I bailed on the last challenge, but I would like to join in this one if it is okay. I have put on a few pounds in the last couple of weeks and hope this will motivate me to stay strong again. Presently, I am 280lbs and hoping to be down to 250 by July 4th ( 30 lb loss ) and 3700 minutes of exercise. I hope to update my starting weight by the time the challenge begins. Thanks for running this challenge!

              I'm so pumped up about this challenge. So far we have 19 participants! We are going to be shedding some serious weight.

              We do have a graphic. I'm glad you mentioned it FA because I forgot to post it. I will post it here and in the original post.

              Oh and by the way, just a heads up. I will be leaving on Saturday for a cruise and will be MIA until the following Saturday. Just wanted you to be aware so you didn't think I'd abandoned ship. Okay, here's the graphic for your siggy. Hope you like it!

                Yay! Thanks Liz! I'm so excited about this challenge too! We are thinking about hitting Vegas at the end of July so this challenge will be just what I need to get in shape!
