I'm in!!! I need to really focus and get my rear in gear! So this challenge sounds great!
Okay I will post my weight on April 14th cuz that's when I weigh in again. And then I can put my goal weight for the challenge. I'd like to weigh 230 for July 4th which depending on what I weigh on the 14th is gonna be about a 30lb loss.
WGT LOSS = 30
EXERCISE MINUTES = 2,880 Mins.
