    Oh yeah... After my weigh-in today I am updating my starting weight to 317.6 pounds and my goal weight to 295 pounds.

                  ok liz so today I weigh 208 (up 2 lbs right now???) so I am pledging to lose 29 lbs ...that will put me at 179 (:

                    My first "fired up" workout 30 minutes. I know this will increase as summer approaches and the ground thaws for good. meanwhile, I have the imprint of a pitchfork handle on my hands





                    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

                      Today I hiked and stair climbed at the lake.
                      45/1000 minutes
                      I'm only going to weigh once a month. Although I will be weighing next week at doctor appt. My official weigh day will be the first of each month. I have no clue what I weigh now. My last weigh day was 2 weeks ago at 239 lbs. I'll just keep that weight as my beginning weight for the challenge.
