      I love to get dressed up really nice and go somewhere or buy myself a new designer bag....love that...or buy myself some type of gadget....im a big technology freak...i know thats totally weird...

        Buy yourself a boquet of fresh flowers. I especially like the asiatic lilies that smell so delicious!

              Glad you bumped that Terry, I was thinking about this very thread when I posted my rewards thread. I was trying to find an old thread of mine called "ok so you cheated" and bump it up, couldn't find it, then I thought of this one but didn't know what it was called. You MUST be a flipping mindreader!!!!!

                  I went to the hairdresser and got a new haircut for the first time in 4 years. I used to just wear it long. Now I have a nice cut and color and I get it cut every month and colored every three months. I like going to the salon and being pampered.

                  Also I gave myself gel-nails this year. I get them redone every three weeks and my hand look so nice. Everytime I look at them I remind myself that I'm choosing to make changes so that I can look nicer. I like it, I feel prettier now.

                    since losing so much weight I really like the look of my hands - I often feel them and marvel how they are no longer pudgy and my wrists look like 'normal people's wrists'.
                    Like you, Michelle I have started to get my nails done professionally (for the first time!!) and love the hour or so relaxing while she makes them look lovely.

                      With all the prioritizing we do in the course each day, sometimes we over look the most important thing of all.......

                      ourselves.

                      Be sure to take a few minutes each day to do something special for you!
