Walnut Dressing for Salads
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider, balsamic, or white)
1/2 cup cold pressed walnut oil
1 tbsp cold pressed safflower oil
pinch sea salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar in a bowl and gradually whisk in oil.
