    Starmaker and Sarah

    I didn't want to hijack Dan's thread.

    Disclaimer:

I've been eating to satisfaction and to feed my body and not my emotions. I do not recommend anyone copy what I am doing, because what works for me won't for others, and vice versa. I keep diligent track of what I'm eating, and while I do not starve myself, I am not hungry. I suppose it might be controversial, but that's just the way the celery crunches.

I eat pretty much the same thing everyday because my comfort level is repetition.

Breakfast: 2.5 egg spicy sausage omelet (includes 1 cup non-saladinduction veg)
    Lunch: 2.5 egg spicy omelet
Dinner: salad veg (2 cups), olives, salami roll-ups, cheese (1oz), mustard.

Altogether I probably eat between 900-1200 calories per day. My numbers according to fitday are that I'm usually under 20 net grams, and that my percentages for protein/fat/carbs are correct.

I exercise an hour a day at an incline of 2-3 now, and I burn roughly 800 calories doing this according to my treadmill predicated on my weight. If I'm eating 900 calories a day and I'm burning 800 calories a day through exercise, I'm losing weight pretty fast.

Still, I am not advocating anyone try this. This is me. This is what I do. I have a high metabolism and I'm just not as hungry as many people are.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks for sharing Cleo! We all have to do what works for us

    You are doing so great!!!!!!!!

I think the key for me will be to continue increasing my exercise. Now to find the time to increase my exercise. LOL

Thanks, Sarah! I really appreciate it! I am definitely doing things differently this time (exercising, following plan), and my results are very different this time!

LOL on the time to increase exercise. :^)

Also, you don't use any dressing on your salad veggies? Or are you using your salad veggies as "bread" for your salami?

The omelet sounds good. What do you put in it to make it spicy? What kind of sausage? I find all the sausage around here is high in carbs. Do you add onions to the omelet or do you avoid onions?

Am I asking too many questions? You may have heard that I lost some posts.

Salad veggies I use as bread, and if it is salad I'll add 2 Tbsp and I'm taking 12 vitanutrients a day! Can I rifle through your drawers some more, now?

You take 12 when it says that you should take maybe 2 or you found a kind that says to take 12 a day?

I thought you mentioned that you also take L-carnitine...or whatever it's called.
