I drink a lot! I still drink Diet Coke, but it doesn't affect me adversely. Don't tell 2big!

So should I be taking all those vitamins or are some specific to you?

          Re: Starmaker and Sarah

Those are specific to me. The hardest thing about this WOE so far, for me, has been figuring out what I need and why.

Of what I take, for the normal person:

          Vitamin C
          potassium
          CoQ-10
          chromium picolinate (mood enhancer)
          one-a-day
          B-6 (mood enhancer)
Oil of Oregano, especially if you hate the taste of water

Say, did you ever read Dr Atkin's Vitanutrient Solution?

If you can get your hands on the book through Amazon.com used it's worth every penny! He helps diagnose problems, such as sleeplessness, and he tells you what natural supplements to take. Same goes for candida, depression, etc! It's really an awesome book.

            Re: Starmaker and Sarah

I'm currently taking a woman's vitamin twice a day, l-carnitine 500 twice a day, Chromium Picolinate 200mcg once a day and Atkins Essential Oils twice a day.

I just noticed that the Chromium Picolinate has white rice flour in the ingredients list. Does yours?

I better get the book to see what I should be taking.

The 2002 book touches only lightly on what to take. Vita-Nutrient solution really whams right into each of the many ailments people go through. I'm telling you, my candida albicans has really cleared up thanks to Atkins and his Vita nutrient solution!

I'm going to order it right away. And I guess I'm going to have to get a different Chromium Picalinate eh?

Really, I think that the amount in the tab is so minimal. If you think it's causing a stall, I'd look into a different brand. I highly recommend Nature Made because Wal-Mart's carry the brand and it is reasonable priced and a good quality.

I buy my stuff at GNC 'cause I didn't think places like wal mart would carry this stuff.

GNC is uber-spendy, IMO! Wal-Mart sells some quality brand, such as Nature Made.

BTW, did you see the link on the last page for amazon.com? The book starts at $.25 used! *lol*
