Geez. Don't you hate it when things are culled?! *lol*

You really want me to grab all my vitamins and bring them here and type them in?

(I'll let you answer yes since you are trying to build up your post count)

I was pretty upset at first then I thought to myself...hmmm, self...WTF were you thinking? It's only posts!

Did you find those vitamins yet?

I also need to know what kind of sausage and salami you are eating 'cause I avoid both because they are not that low in carbs.

            I take:

oil of oregano (4-20 drops per day)
            vitamin c
            one-a-day women's
            chromium picolinate
            garlic twice a day
Apple cider vinegar tablet twice a day
            B-6
            Potassium
            CoQ-10, 2 times a day
            Kyo-dophilus, 2 times a day

So I guess I take 10 different things, but some I take more than once, (total= 13 or so pills, plus oregano oil)

But the extra 7 lbs I still haven't gotten over yet. It's almost like having to start over. I already went through the ordeal of trying to get to onederland and then I'm almost there at 205 lbs then wam! I'm back up to 212 without so much as a by your leave.

I buy Boulder Sausage. It's made locally using the finest Colorado University students who wandered astray into the meat packing plant.

A lot of the sausage I eat is 1 carb per serving. The salami is Oscar Meyer and it is 1 carb for 3 slices.

wannabe-- when I read about your scale knocking the numbers back up, it really upset me! I know it's not me this happened to, but you're a friend, and I felt so badly!

BTW, I don't take L-Carnitine because sugar cravings aren't an issue for me. But it works for people who do crave sugar!

Ok so one day you just woke up and said...I'm gonna take some kyo-dophilus today. Is all that in the DABDR book?

The 7 lbs thing was pretty discouraging. I almost threw in the towel but then I thought to myself...ok, so I go off Atkins and then what? Well I didn't have an answer so I'm still here.

So how do you make the omelete spicy?

Oh and how much water do you drink? Must be a lot just to take all those vitamins eh?

LMAO!!! You made me almost spit out my vitamin c!

No. I tend towards candida albicans and suffer from issues due to yeasties or fermentation of foods. I didn't realize this until after I came to ADBB. Everytime I ate mushrooms I bloated. Everytime I ate in excess of 3 oz of cheese a day, I bloated. Nuts? Mold-city. Bloated. Anytime I get near mold, it really affects me strangely.

I started taking the kyo-dophilus, apple cider vinegar tabs and the oil of oregano to clean out my small intestines and get rid of the yeasts. It really made a difference, too. OoO is a fungicide. Kyo-dophilus balances the intestinal flora, and the apple cider vinegar tabs also helps flush out the intestines.

To make the omelet spicy, I add jalapeno pepper slices and pepperjack cheese. If you go to the never-ending recipe thread here, I give my slap-your-momma scramble. I also add the spicy sausage to it and voila! It's awesome.

I drink a lot! I still drink Diet Coke, but it doesn't affect me adversely. Don't tell 2big!
