      It's Atkins induction with caloric restriction and heavy on exercise! Maybe if I add that everytime you eat something you have to hop then it becomes cleverly mine.

        Holy TOLEDO! I was gonna post a reply here thanking Cleo for her info, but after reading 8 pages of this (yawn) I'm kinda tired...go sleep now.....

        thanks Cleo Yes I can lose a pound a day on average too if I eat one meal a day only. I made it mid day. And it does work for me, but I find I'm hungry by early evening these days, so...so much for that, guess its turtle scale time for me
