Re: Desserthorns' 2 Week Clean Induction chal.
Day 3 - did ok today then for some reason had really bad cravings!?! - managed to keep to it though - its been a bit of an odd weekend so perhaps I just need the routine of next week to get back on track
6 Rashers bacon
2 Fried Eggs
2 Fillets of fish in butter
Roast Beef and greens
3 mini baby bels
4 flax crackers - not bad - did them in the micro - at least I can start eating some of the stuff!!
Am going for the whooshie pie again tomorrow - think I will make smaller ones and freeze them - it should sort out the cravings if they dont go away by themselves. Also saw a recipe for Portable inside out omelet - giving that a go too. Keep looking for exciting recipes that are really easy but many seem a bit complicated or I'm not 100% sure they are for Induction.

. I was a good atkid though and stuck with just the meat off of a finger sandwich, had 3 mushrooms that were fried in breading but I just peeled it off and had the mushrooms, some spinach dip and some cubed cheese. The hardest thing I had to give up was the coffee icecream punch. Boo Hoo. Had they had hot decaf coffee there to sip instead would have made it much easier.

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
