Last night was ok, stayed up late doing things and didn't get to exercise till just before bed. I think that hurt me. Doing ok on the carbs now and trying my best to stick to clean slate
Here are my stats so far:
March 22 - 175.8 Started Atkins the night before
March 23 - didn't weigh
March 24 - 174.2 -1.6 Atkins induction day 3 weigh-in
March 25 - 171.4 -2.8
March 26 - 168.2 -3.2
March 27 - 168.2 -0.0
March 28 - 167.4 -0.8
March 29 - 166.8 -0.6
March 30 - 166.2 -0.6
March 31 - 165.4 -0.8
April 1 - 164.2 -1.2
April 2 - 165.2 +1.0
(cheated with a potato)
April 3 - 164.6 -0.6
April 4 - 164.2 -0.4
April 5 - 164.0 -0.2
