          There's no way in h*ll I would step on the scale tomorrow if I were you. There's just no need to torture yourself that way. I am confident that you are back on track already, so just drink lots of water and wait a couple of days to weigh. You are going to be just fine.

            NO you won't matt! don't be silly.
            I actually cheated last night, yup I did and had a teaspoon of all natural PB. Not sooo bad like a big mac or anything but still not induction legal, and I am not sweating it. I cut my carbs back today and worked my bum off in the gym. I think that is how you just keep going.

                  im going to weigh tomorrow. it is data to me and i have kept track of calories fat protein carbs fiber blood pressure cholesterol exercise etc...along with wieght since i started. i have turned this into an experiment. i have graphs with different paramaters showing me the best possible combinations that i have come up with. i am a science nerd.

                  it will also be a very good reminder of the consequences of my actions.

                      i started with sushi which could be much worse but it had rice, for my entree i had evil jungle prince (thai food) noodles, cocanut based sauce, lots of sugar and all other things i cant have. but worst of all i had ice cream for dessert.

                        i figure i will publish my data once i have decided i have enough data on this message board. it will take a while because i have to do something repeatedly not just one time or else the statistics will invalidate the data. i think it will be very interesting to some folks. at least i hope so
