    Hi FLSunshine and all my DGs!


    I am HERE! I haven't forgotten about you wonderful ladies! I am frustrated and I seem to get all other Atkins emails but the DGs thread I only get sporadically!!!! I am here!

    I did post in another thread though that I am not going to do Atkins any more, just WW. I know that it's a better woe for me. I love you all and I hope to still be a DG to all of you!!! I am still going on my weight loss way but just going about it a different way you know? I just love my fruits and I keep binging on them and I don't want to feel like I am cheating or failing on Atkins so I just have to change my way of eating!

    I am still exercising really well though!!!!!

    How is everyone! Love all my ladies!!!

      No problem Katie. You have to do what works for you. Atkins is a good program but it is not for everyone. I understand and wish you the best and as far as I am concerned you are still a DERBY GIRL. Keep checking in and posting your weightloss so we can celebrate with you. Bless you.

        Awww! thanks luv! I will definitely keep posting! My official start date is Friday! That's when I get my pay stub! Lol! I have a grocery order set up to be delivered and I cannot wait! XO

            I know isn't it cool!!!? I order my groceries online at a grocery store and thry're delivered! I am definitely a points girl! I love it but officially start tmmw. XO

              Hi DG, I wanted to give you a headsup that other than reporting in for my challenges, I may not be posting otherwise for a while and not to worry about me. I need to take some time and seek the Lord on some things. I am fine, really I am. Love to you all.

                How strange to get on here after a few days and read Katie's message. Best of luck to you Katie. I pray you attain your goal whatever method of weight loss you choose.

                Ladies, I think I'm going to have to follow in Katie's footsteps (not WW but another way of eating). I'm not eating "Atkins-like" and don't feel worthy to be on this board at this time. I'm still maintaining but I've been eating other foods (way high in carbs) and it's helping to offset some of the horrific cravings from the pills. I swear I would not wish this on anyone. I stay hungry (like a bottomless pit)!!! I'm still maintaining so hopefully the exercise is doing something. Please keep in contact with me ladies and maybe oneday I'll be back. Right now, it's just too hard. PM if you'd like my email address to keep in contact.

                I love all of you and I will miss you so much. I just can't be a hypocrite and stay on here knowing I'm not eating this way (entirely) anymore.

                    I'm not too sure i know the rules but purplecat why are you leaving this thread???? Even if you are not on atkins isn't this a place for support and encouragement??? Ive been reading your posts ant you have lots of great information.

                      I am on track and feeling REALLY motivated! Moreso than I have in a while! I woke up and had 2 slices of bread with blueberry jam. I had pasta for lunch and am going for a latte soon! DAy one of WW is going well!

                      Cat I hope to see you on the boards but we'll definitely write emails if you're not going to stay! I love all you ladies sooooo much!

I wish I had an answer to your BCP problem. I just hate that you are having to go through all of this. fibroids are such a problem.

                              Hi All,

                              I am still around. Just doing a lot of stuff these days. Anywho, I hope everyone is doing well. I look at our thread as a support system for more than just our diets. So if you ladies chose to do other diets, more power to you...just remember we have become a little family here, so just because you don't feel like you are following this diet to a "T" doesn't mean that you should abandon (LOL) us. I am going to try and post more. I am off track also!
