I got a very late start on my exercise, but I got-r-done! 15 minutes floor exercise, 30 minutes stepper, 30 minutes weight training with 5-lb. weights.

I got a little bummed thinking about the surgery coming right in the middle of our challenge and it will be many weeks before I can start back again with the exercise. I will probably have to take my after love handles pictures before the surgery. Dumb doctor!

I am watching a T'ai Chi DVD--I'm gonna learn how to do it sooner or later. It is so hypnotizing, that it is about to put me to sleep just watching.

I'm sorry Sunny. I would be lying if I didn't admit to being scared for you. However, I'm praying and trust that God will send His angels to guide the Drake's hands. The benefit: you'll feel better in the long run and that's what is most important. We'll be here for you every step of the way. Love ya!!

I walked an hour tonight. I don't know if I'll be able to move tomorrow especially since I did the 50 minute TJ workout this morning.

            Hi ladies,

I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Good job on the workout Cat!

No exercise for me today. I was exhausted and spent most of the morning in bed. Talk to you ladies later.

Wishing all of you a wonderful evening. I'm down another pound and a half today. That brings me to 254.5. I'm happy because that's what I weighed at my doctors last. What's the ol' saying. "It's best to maintane, than gain" I'm definately on a losing streek. I'm eating three meals a day. No snacks and nothing to eat after 5 p.m. I have a cup of decaf herbal tea or decaf coffee around 8 p.m.. It seems to be working. It's day six cheat free days today. Life is good!

Big Way to Go Sherri! You're on the MOVE!!!

We're almost up to freezing today and the snow is starting to melt - another big snow storm later in the week. I overate yesterday although everything was 'legal'...still I ate over and above the amount I need.

Have been unexpectedly called into work today so my day of lazing around will be cut short. Today is also the 4th anniversary of my mom's death and it is on my mind.

Hope everyone is getting some rest and relaxation today before the last week of the first month of the new year. Spring is Coming!

It took me about 6 anniversaries to come to terms with my mother's passing. Now I think more of the good years together and less about her death. I still miss her something awful. You have my sincere condolences this day.

                              Sunny!
