      Hey everyone,

Catrina...I am going to be a hoochie mama again. My friend and I joke all the time about how we are going to dress once we loose our weight. But I am a little more conservative these days. Maybe we can be hoochie mamas when we meet at the Derby. LOL

Sunny...That Dr. sounds so scary. I have has a c-section and I had othodontic surgery as a teen. Both were successful! It scares me to know that a reputable dr. has done this to you. I am praying that you fully recover from this mess he's gotten you into.

Marty...where are you? Are you still tired from the weekend? How's the weather there. I was freezing my buns off this morning. It had to be in the 30's!

Dorothy..how's Curves? What is the price of the membership there? Just curious. I can't go tonight so I am going to try pilates and do my challenge exercises.

Sherri..where are your words of wisdom for today. I actually went to the market yesterday and crabs prices are down to 3.99lb. I think I'll get some thie weekend!

Catherine...where are you today. I hope you are not an icecicle! It had to be in the 30's this morning. I got up turned on the heat and got back into bed. I got to work way later than I normal time. It was just too cold to get up!

      Tracy....Girl, where are you today.

Ok, I am off to try pilates. I hope its not boring. Any of you try it? I hear that it really works your body.

Good evening! I had a really busy day, but I got in 20 minutes on the stepper, 15 minutes floor exercises and 30 minutes weight lifting with 5-lb. weights.

I went and got my hair cut and colored and my hair dresser did a lousy job, since she is trying to buy a house and was only interested in talking about the mortgage and to see if I could keep her from having to pay a realtor. I was not pleased.

Then, I went to bible study and choir practice and realized that if I have to have the surgery over again, it will come right when we are in practice for the Easter cantata. Easter comes in March this year. Again, I'm not pleased.

There is no good time to have surgery over again. I want to be able to garden very soon. I want to keep up with my exercise. Fall and spring are the only seasons that I get a break with the RSD. RSD hates cold and wind, but it hates heat and humidity more. I gave up fall for the surgery and now it looks like I will be giving up spring. I have eaten way too much today, just from the stress. I go to the Food Pantry tomorrow and then I have to get things straight.

Everybody have a great low carb night and day tomorrow!

        Sunny!

I didn't do too bad in "guessing" my goal weight. My "happy weight" is 138. I can do the extra 2 pounds.

Tracey: Gonna be a beautiful bride... Stay with us and we'll help you out... You just have to promise pictures.

Cat: Can't wait to see those pictures... "hot Hoochie Momma??????

Kass: You said you'd post yours too.

Sunny: I agree with the board... Send the "Quack" packing. Enough is Enough!!

Hey to Dorothy, Prya, Sunny and Catherine..

Maybe we ought to find "old" pictures of ourselves at where we are looking to go now!!!! That could be fun...

Good job on the exercise Sunny!

Catrina, What cable service do you have? I have Comcast Cable and there are about 6 Leslie sansome workouts on demand. I did the 1 mile jog. It was fun!

                        Good Morning Derby Girls!
All is well in Sherriland today. I'm up early and getiing my DD off to school.
I'm still waiting to here results of my lab work I had done on Tuesday. Anxiously waiting I should say. Snow is coming once more. Looks like a good blast too. I'm heading down the mountain for supplies while the roads are still clear.
Today is day 5 Cheat Free. I started back on my exercising on my gazelle yesterday. I'm at my ticker weight. Happy about that. Now I'm just waiting from my doctor to see how to proceed with my thyroid.
When I went for lab I noticed he hadn't ordered to have my T-3 levels checked so I requested them to be done as well, which he agreed. I'm very curious about my results. I also had lipids, A1c, liver function, besides my thyroid to be checked. I'll let you all know what I find out.
Wishing all of you a great day.

Oh, I forgot to tell about my Tuesday experience. I was at the light at the end of my subdivision, on my way to work, and it turned green. I started to pull out but my tires were spinning. Ok, I was ticked because I had just gotten new tires and even though there was snow on the ground, it wasn't enough snow that I should not have been able to move. Well, here comes this Chevrolet Blazer and it cruised right on through the light at about the same time I would have pulled out onto the road (had my tires not been spinning). It would have been a horrible wreck. Praise God for spinning tires that miraculously worked fine once the truck went on through!!! Isn't it amazing how He works for us (even when we don't deserve it)?

Ok, finally a minute to try to catch up (before my lunch break is over).

Kass, girl I know that I'm going to be sporting some fancy duds when I reach goal. I especially love the clothes at MetroStyle.
                              Watch out world!!

Sunny, I'm so glad you're getting a patient advocate. However, if you want us Derby girls to show up and threaten a few docs, that might work just as well.

Marty, posting some old pics of ourselves at ideal weights sounds like fun. Anyone game? I'll try to get my scanned this weekend and posted.

Dorothy, how are you enjoying Curves? They have one here but it's across town and I accept that sometimes I'm just too lazy and I'd never drive there. LOL!! However, you and Kass are inspiring.

Sherri, I hope it all works out well with the doc and that your meds are adjusted correctly. Dealing with the thyroid is no joke. How could one little thing on our bodies cause so much trouble?

Catherine, enjoy your birthday!! Just imagine us all down there with you celebrating and doing the MC Hammer "You Can't Touch This" dance.

Tracey, I hope everyone that was getting on your nerves has left you alone. I also want details, pictures, etc. about the wedding.

                              Hello to Glenda and Prya!!

Hang tough buds!! Oprah is waiting for us to visit.
