I bet someone from your church would be glad to go get the stuff for you. How old is she??? I'm sorry you have to take her out. Still praying!

Okay, I didn't want to do it, but finally at 7:00 p.m. I rode the recumbent stepper for 20 minutes on low tension. After I started, I didn't want to stop. I think I'll make a big ol' sign that reminds me that if I just go ahead and start I will feel like doing it! I need to get back in the habit. I go to the doc on Monday and the infection is gone without antibiotics and I am healing well, so he should release me to any lower body exercise.

Today was a gloomy, rainy, cold day, so I couldn't go outside. Tomorrow they call for snow and high winds. I'm so ready for Spring!

          Hi ladies,

I am exhausted it has been a rough week.

Marty it's not easy juggling a Master's Program, teaching and my family obligations. I only take classes every couple of months due to the demands of the classes.

Well, I got some good news today. I teach at a year round school and summer school is mandatory. I usually have 4 weeks off for summer vacation. This year I will have 6 1/2 weeks off. I am so stoked. My family and I plan on going to Disneyland this summer. But, I will be doing the grown up thang in Vegas for my BDAY. LOL

I have slacked on the exercise this week. I have to get back on track. I walked yesterday for lunch. I will try and go to Curves in the am. I just haven't been motivated to exercise. I got home after 11pm two nights this week. UGH! 3 more weeks of night classes.

I've done the night class thing, and something has to give when you have a full-time job and a family. The motivation to exercise will come back when life settles down. You sound close to burn-out. Try to have a peaceful weekend. Do something nice for yourself. You deserve it.

Marty, I think you can take the GSE for earache. Go to www.pureliquidgold.com to get more info. Have fun this weekend.

Catherine, I'm sorry that you don't feel well. I'll send up a prayer for you.

Sunny, are you doing okay from the exercise? I'm sitting here sore. I just did Leslie Sansone 4 Mile Super Challenge (60 minutes). I don't know how I got sore so fast.

Lashon, I understand your frustration. I have no family around to help out at times like that. It is hard.

Kass, take care of yourself this weekend.

Present & accounted for. Up at 0730 intead of my usual 0530. Sitting in front of the "Happy Light" without having to fight off my cat Sheena...wonder where she is???

Freezing rain & snow mixture in the forcast. I'm staying home today & cleaning up the house. Will also do some sewing. I'm teaching a class on April 5th & I'm so excited about it. I'm going to work on a supply list for the students & maybe make a few samples. I LOVE teaching others quilting!

Have a wonderful day everyone. Don't forget to change your clocks...SPRING AHEAD. I just love the sound of that!

Hi all, just checking in real quick. Brittany and I are doing better but continuing to rest and drink plenty fluids. Thanks for the advice and prayers. I have to pickup some more meds that will be ready today and once I get those I am back in the house resting. Catch you gals later.

My legs feel a little wobbly today, but I didn't exercise hard enough or long enough to get sore. I'm easing my way back into it. It will still be a while before I can do anything upper body.

Lashon--super glad that you and your baby are feeling better. You'll both probably be good as new by Monday, when it's time to go back to work.

Good afternoon ladies!! I hope you all have a great weekend. I'm snowed in. I know there's more than 6 inches out there and it's still snowing. I can't see my driveway. Yesterday I slid down my driveway to the mailbox. At least the snow will provide some traction today on the way to the mailbox. LOL!!

Catherine and Lashon, hope you feel better soon.

Sunny, did you get all this snow that we got? Actually it was a nice little souffle of snow, rain, and ice....finally just snow.

Glenda, are you enjoying the time to yourself? Maybe the cat knew you needed some time alone.

Sherri, where are you girl? I hope you're okay.

Kass, are you hitting Curves this weekend. I don't know if I can exercise today. Even though the 4 mile didn't kill me last night (like I thought), I'm so sore today.

Lisa, sending up a prayer that you can get back into your house next week.

Marty, I hope you're not freezing your booty off!!

I am at 190 lbs. today!! I'm so psyched!!
