He told me that if I needed anything else done, make an appointment and "he would talk me a deal." Here--let me put his number on speed-dial...Like that's gonna happen.

I had to eat lunch at 11:00 a.m. to make the appointment on time and didn't take any food with me, thinking I would be home by 4, but I went to Michael's and stayed way too long, so I didn't get home until after 6 p.m. I was starving and when I get that hungry, nothing fills me up. I finally made myself stop and went and did 30 minutes on the stepper, as tired as I was. Tomorrow, it's full steam ahead with exercise. It will be pretty tomorrow, so I will be able to walk.

    Sunny!
Glory to God for the good report!!!

          Good morning Derby Girls!

Have a fantastic day! I'm off to work...I'd much rather be "off to see the Wizard The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" That would be more fun than scrubbing a total knee replacement.

I had a few minutes and wanted to say hello and catch up real quick.
Sunny, when Sierra seen that cute puppy, she melted. I'm happy you are healing so well hon. I giggled when I read about your bar b que the other day. Kind of like Oregon weather. Wait five minutes and the weather will change. Hehe
Glenda, thats a beautiful quilt. It's been a long time since I made one. I'm thinking about teaching Sierra how to make one.
Kass, great job on your cheat free days. I'm so proud of you!
Cat, my fingers have been busy, hehe. I didn't know I could type so fast. Look at you girl! You're melting away! I'm so proud of you!
Lisa, I hope everything works out for you with your house. This is a true test of your patience I'm sure. Just remember God has a plan. Put your faith in him and he'll guide you through this.
Jersy, Congrats on the pounds gone forever sweetie. I'm happy to see you're headed to the gym. Get those endorphins kicking in. That always makes one feel good. I'm proud of you!
Lashon, I'm glad you and DD are on the mend. I love your post, very inspirational. I love your energy!
Marty, Your outing sounded like so much fun last weekend. How were those steaks. Hehe I'm glad to see you here. We all miss you!
If I missed anyone I do appologize.
I'm proud of everyone here, sticking to your guns
It's a beautiful sunrise in the great Northwest. Pinks and purples! Cat would love this! All her colors! I'm headed to the salon this morning but will be back before noon. I wanted to personally invite all of you ladies to the Challenge I'm headed up. It's the Operation "No Sweets" Challenge. If you're interested, sign ups are now. Hey! I love all of your posts. Marty, you are so funny!!

I need some help ladies. I'm greatly afraid I'm going to have to go back on the pill. I'm so upset about this. However, between the fibroid and the Endometriosis my periods are lasting between 9 to 14 days (hate it) and are excessively heavy. Any idea on a pill that won't make me bloat up like Shamu? I don't like this set-back.

Okay, I called for my gyno appt so that I can try some new pills and somehow ended up with an appointment with another doctor to truly check out my thyroid after speaking to the nurse. She thinks my thyroid might be making my periods unbearable. She was surprised the doc wouldn't up my dose of Synthroid and that he scheduled my next follow-up for six months status post the blood work in January. I told her that I was lucky to get meds at all considering I spent 3 years with the prior docs trying to get treated, including an endocrinologist who said my symptoms were not caused by my thyroid but diagnosed me with a goiter, nontoxic with thyroid cysts. He wanted me to get worked up for Fibromyalgia. I told the nurse that I'm just tired of fighting with doctors to get treated. So, my appointment is this Friday. Send up a prayer my DGs that, for once, I'll get the right treatment.

Prayers going up as we speak. I know this will be the treatment that you need. Do your homework before you go, like you always do. Make notes every day before the appointment and take them with you.

Hello DGs! I got in 70 minutes of exercise today and still feel good. It never got nearly as warm as they said and it was windy, so I didn't go for a walk outside. I did walk a lot outside doing stuff. Here's what I did for the day:

                          Recumbent stepper: 30 minutes
                          Floor exercises: 15 minutes
                          Weights: 25 minutes, 2-lb. weights

Hello DG, I hope everyone is doing well this evening. I am feeling much better thank God. I was able to do some regular exercise tonight. I got on the Elliptical Machine and the treadmill.

Brittany is doing better eventhough I had to take her back to the doctor today. She has a touch of Bronchitis too so they FINALLY put her on an antibiotic. I told them she is going out of town with her father on Friday so HOOK HER UP.... because she's GOING....LOL She does not have a fever and is eating so she's getting better. I hate to see my baby sick, especially when there is nothing I can do. It pains me.

Question: Can someone please tell me who we need to contact to get that CRAZY "When Will You Die" AD off this site. It has nothing positive to it. Some people on here are suffering already with depression and taking a stupid quiz like that may really push them over the edge. I believe my brother took a quiz like that and it had him majorly depressed until I had a chance to speak with him.

Well I am going to head to bed now. Have a good evening everyone.
