Good evening everyone! I hope everyone had a great day! TGIF!!
Today's menu consisted of turkey & bacon for breakfast dipped in mayo (I know sounds gross); vegetable soup for lunch; macadamia nuts for snack; more vegetable soup (and meatloaf) for dinner. The vegetable soup has zucchini, tomatoes, celery, and green beans.
If I get hungry later I'll snack on an oz. of pork skins. I've managed to get up to 70 oz. of water in the last two days (haven't been drinking much...just not thinking about it).
Oh well, I'm going to get off of here. I worked from 8:00 to 7:00 and I'm worn out!! Later!!

I'm happy to see that you're feeling better today! I would definately file a complaint to the Administrater of UVA. Some documentaion on file is important. Never know, you may need it in court some day. What's important is that you're feeling better. So sorry that happened to you

I am so glad to hear you are doing better. I have sent up a prayer for you. 


Oh well, there is always next year.
However, I forgot to tell you that my last PT session was Friday because my back rarely hurts anymore (just stiffens really bad). I'm going to have to find some exercises I can do to lose these love handles lest I should never have joined the Lose the Lovehandles challenge.
