Good Morning Ladies!!! Just checking in this morning. Day one of the yeast cleanse, and im not looking forward to it lol. I really love mayo and low carb ketchup for my meats, but i will make do with the olive oil that i bought and who knows i might enjoy that better, and it will help me to get my fat intake up. I got to go to the doctors tomorrow for my physical, im nervous as can be, hate to get on the scale there. I have gained since last summer when i had my last physical. Well i just wanted to check in and say hi and i hope everyones day today is a great one.

I dreaded it and fought it the first time, but by seeking out legal good stuff, it wasn't bad at all this time. I am really, really liking the homemade guacamole to put on meats and eggs and the Hollandaise sauce is soooo good and legal. I'm not even on the yeast-free diet any more, but I had my egg topped with sliced turkey topped with guacamole this morning and I'm having fresh asparagus with Hollandaise sauce for lunch. I am so glad to be rid of the yeastie beasties, that I would do it again in a heartbeat.

      Sunny!

Good morning my peeps!! I'm at work but wish I were at home. I've got to get my butt in gear. I didn't exercise at all last week due to TOM!! I don't want to even move when he's around. I have 2 challenges ending this week. I'm past goal in both (191.4 was goal) but I want to go out with a bang.

Hello my Derby Sisters, yes I am still in town, so I thought I would say hi to everyone. My plans changed. My guest is actually coming to Jacksonville instead of me going there because they have never been here. I am looking forward to the visit and am at peace with myself. We all know it can be nervous meeting someone for the first time but I am in the Mary J. Blige mode "Take Me As I Am or Have Nothing At All". I will not go back to the bondage of people pleasing and insecurity. We are all fearfully and wonderfully made.

I am enjoying my ME-TIME without my daughter. I am just acting tooooooooo grown yall. All out at the stores late and things....LOL... Saturday was a hot mess, I wasn't hardly home AT ALL.....just ROLLIN.....LOL

I hope all is going well with you and I will check in again when I can.

              Peace.

Hello everyone!! wanted to stop by and let you know that I was not really dead... course I look and feel like it.

Catherine and Cat.. the energy is in real short suppy these days. My body finally told me today that enough was enough. I stayed home from work as I was not feeling well. So did I sleep in.... very little. All I could think about was all the housework I haven't been getting done with everything else on my plate.

This weekend I spent a lot of time in the trailer getting it ready for our trip to Idaho this week. Wouldn't you know it, I finally get away from here for a few days and who is due to show up... that mean nasty TOM !!! I really don't like him at all.

Better get to bed... Love and all around.

Good Morning Ladies!!! Just checking in real quick. Ok i decided to hold off on the yeast cleanse and just do induction for now and get my cravings under control, then go into the yeast cleanse, i know many would not agree, but yesterday was terrible and i started off good but ended up in a mess. So it usually takes me 3-4 days to get everything under control, so i will more than likely get on that yeast cleanse by the weekend.

I took my daughter to the doctor yesterday, and they said she is off the charts for her weight, which i knew she was getting chunky, but they called it obese, now i would not call her obese by a long shot. He said not to worry about her losing any weight, just try and not let her gain, so her height can catch up with her weight. Now looking at her, i dont see obese, i do not like that diagnosis, im obese not my daughter, but i know they go by charts. Im sure he was looking at her then looking at me and saying like mom like daughter, ugghh but everything else was good to go for her.

Well today is my hubby's turn to go to the doctor for his physical, i changed mine to next friday because TOM is still here, i thought it would be gone but its still lingering, and i need everything done at the doctor. Then on Wednesday my other daughter has her physical, now she is a bean pole lol, so no worries there when it comes to her weight, to me she looks as though she could gain a few lbs, im sure they will say she looks great, no meat on those bones lol.

Well i just wanted to check in real quick, oh yeah im working again yay, its only a 2 week project but hey that is money in my pocket. So glad to be back home and on my computer or i would not be able to do this project. Ok well you all have a great Tuesday today and i will check in later.

Hey my Derby buds!! Sorry for not posting much yesterday. I can't get rid of TOM. I know it's this dang fibroid tumor. I am about to call the nurse again for some BC pills. She wanted me to get results first from the doc but I'm so tired of TOM. Ugh!!!!! I promise you if I could, I would the crap out of TOM.

Lisa, did the doc call your daughter obese in front of her? I pray not. What people say can affect a child's self-esteem. If he did say it in front of her just supply us the address so we can and whip him right now. Tashiana exercises with me. I don't make her but encourage her. I had such low self-esteem issues when I was younger due to my weight. I look back at those pictures and wonder why I thought I was fat because I wasn't. I just wasn't the stick figure like my cousins were. I had curves from the time I was born. I had teenage boys trying to talk to me when I was 9 (when I hit puberty and developed breasts). This little bit scares me about my daughter. She'll be 7 in June. If she follows suit, she'll be hitting puberty before I know it. I'm so greatly terrified. I know it's hard when things are affecting your baby. Just hang in there....we're here for you.

Lashon, is this the guy you met online that is coming to visit? Details girl.

Kass, girl....I know you're looking forward to summer so you can get a break. Why can't my job let me off for the summer?

Marty, girl I'm so glad to see that you're okay and that you took some "me" time. Is the Idaho trip a yearly event? I'm sorry that TOM is trying to sneak along for the ride. Just kick him out and stomp him or shoot him. Here, I'll give you the guns.

Glenda, your post is too funny!! I was not partying. I was working my booty off because I have to take off work early on Friday. My daughter's aftercare is closed on that day (because it's located in a church). I'm going to pick her up and then get her ready for the Easter Extravaganza that's scheduled for Saturday.

Hey Sunny!! Where are you? I hope you're okay and not overdoing it by being the Superwoman that you are. What plans do you have for the Easter weekend?

What are everyone's plans for the Easter weekend?

Catherine, has TOM left you alone yet? I see his sorry tail is making the rounds amongst us. I still laugh every time I think about you getting stuck in the mud. I wonder if those chickens were making a run (like in the movie Chicken Run).

Sherri baby!! What's going on in Sherriland? Have you invested in those finger pads because I know your fingers have to be too tired. You always have such wonderful and witty things to say to people. By the time I leave work, I'm lucky to know my own name.

Okay, I'm investing in a new business venture. Wish me luck. Right now I'm trying to figure out a good name for it. I'll let you all know what it is later.

                    Have an AWESOME carb-less day!!
