Good Wednesday morning, Derby Girls. I'm trying to catch up on all that has gone by the wayside the last couple of weeks. I am going up in the mountains to a friend/almost sister's cabin for the weekend. I can't wait! I'm cooking up a lot of my new recipes to try out on her. She's not overweight, but she has agreed to be Chief Guinea Pig.

It is so beautiful and peaceful up there and the redbuds and dogwoods will be blooming! The deer should have fauns by now and they hang out all around the cabin.

        Sunny!

People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

Good afternoon my derby girls. I have been struggling this two weeks with this WOE. I can only contribute it to the BC pills. I stay hungry all the time. I've eaten french fries every day for the past week. Luckily I'm still at the same weight. I just crave french fries so bad. Not candy, not cake, not anything sweet....just french fries (so weird). I don't know what to do. I have to stay on the pills to tame the stupid fibroid tumor. Ugh!!!!!!!! Please send up a prayer for me.

Purplecat, I am saying a prayer for you!!! I hope that I can tack on here to add to your post. I am in the same situation. I have been struggling with this WOE since I was sick 3 weeks ago. Part of it is financial in the sense that I don't get paid until tomorrow and produce is expensive. Also, I have had cravings and have been giving into them. I also remain at the same weight because my exercising's still been good!!!

I feel like I am being redundant b/c I keep posting about my struggles! I just need to get focused!! I feel down in the dumps and I know how much better I feel when I am on top of my Atkins!

Maybe you and I can work together as a team and support each other! Let's say a prayer for each of us. We both deserve to feel great!!

You're in my thought Purplecat! XO

Thank you Katie. I need to start exercising. Maybe that will tame the hormone beast. I'm going to pull out my exercise bike and try to ride for at least 5 minutes (must start slow). My prayers are going up for us. Now, is not the time to fail. I don't want to have to be rolled down the aisle.

I'm going in few hours to put the deposit on the place that I'm holding the wedding/reception. Unfortunately I have to use their caterers and it's $30 per person. This will be a very small wedding. How do I tell some of my family and friends they're not invited? Maybe I should just elope.

                            Hi Purplecat!

                            How exciting!

You could probably just say that you're trying to keep the wedding as intimate as possible. I am sure they'll understand! Maybe you could do a luncheon with more people afterwards and share photos! But just let them know you're keeping it small and economical. They'll always understand. Elopment is a good way to solve that problem too! It's something I would consider for myself! I'd rather wedding money to go to a house or something! that's just my taste so I know where you're coming from! ENJOY! XOXO KEEP US POSTED!

I am sure people will understand. This is a pretty big day for you...so you should decide who you want there to share it with you. Could you not find a cheaper place? That is pretty pricey..my mom's a caterer so I know how it is when you are paying per head.
