STAC Exercise & Weight Loss Challenge
Please join Vickie and I in competing in the STAC Exercise and Weight Loss Challenge. We hope that every STACer who signs up will start drinking more water, exercise more frequently and get a little closer to
your goal.
The Challenge will run from Saturday February 28th until Easter Sunday April 12th.
The rules are simple.
- You must commit to posting an update daily including daily goals like water intake and exercise.
- You must commit to exercising at least 30 minutes 4 days a week. Be specific on your daily goal. Example: walking, elliptical, aerobics, weights, distance etc.
- Post a reasonable weight loss goal and weigh in every week. Just make sure you try to use the same day of the week.
Challenge finishers will receive a prestigious award.
