I am finally getting in my update.
Yesterday was very busy. I was so sore by evening time that I did not go to the gym. My knee and my back have been really bugging me. I think I have been overdoing it with work and it is getting to me..... So no gym trip. But I did walk as fast as I could for 30 minutes and carried many heavy box's
I manages 2.5 liters of water
yesterday. Today I managed 2 so far. I have refilled my prescriptions and I took a flexerile and a norco tonight. I am drinking a sf gingerale. I am hoping my knee will feel better by tomorrow. I have my club dog training tomorrow and I always get plenty of exercise. I have a theory that since my knee is causing me to limp a lot, causing my foot and lower leg to spasm, that it is throwing off my back/hips etc..... I just wished it would go away. It has been bugging me since I can remember.
My plan next week is to try to get to the gym early in the morning before work so when I get painful later in the day I can relax.
I skipped lunch today. We stopped at subway but they didn't have any of the low carb wraps that they used to have. So I turned around and left. Later I drank my lunch in the form of a SF caramel breve......
Tonight I made pinwheel flank steaks (with bacon) and sauteed mushrooms & leeks, as well as a marinated cucumber & burmuda onion salad.
