    I am finally getting in my update.

    Yesterday was very busy. I was so sore by evening time that I did not go to the gym. My knee and my back have been really bugging me. I think I have been overdoing it with work and it is getting to me..... So no gym trip. But I did walk as fast as I could for 30 minutes and carried many heavy box's

    I manages 2.5 liters of water yesterday. Today I managed 2 so far. I have refilled my prescriptions and I took a flexerile and a norco tonight. I am drinking a sf gingerale. I am hoping my knee will feel better by tomorrow. I have my club dog training tomorrow and I always get plenty of exercise. I have a theory that since my knee is causing me to limp a lot, causing my foot and lower leg to spasm, that it is throwing off my back/hips etc..... I just wished it would go away. It has been bugging me since I can remember.

    My plan next week is to try to get to the gym early in the morning before work so when I get painful later in the day I can relax.

    I skipped lunch today. We stopped at subway but they didn't have any of the low carb wraps that they used to have. So I turned around and left. Later I drank my lunch in the form of a SF caramel breve......

    Tonight I made pinwheel flank steaks (with bacon) and sauteed mushrooms & leeks, as well as a marinated cucumber & burmuda onion salad.

      I have a bad ankle and its been keeping me from working out. It aches every so often and I try to stay off of it so I don't make it worse. Its better today though so I will definitely be working out today. My diet is going great though and I'm getting all my water in just fine.

        Julie, I have already met my water and exercise goal for today. 45 minutes on the recumbent and 120 oz of water before noon. This challenge rocks. I did 72 oz of water while riding and covered 9 miles. Recumbent biking is harder than regular biking because you can't use your body weight and momentum to make the pedals go. I didn't realize that until today. I bought it two weeks ago and hadn't really had time to use it until today. What a great workout! Time to hit the shower and continue housework.

          yesterday I met my water goal. this flu has fully moved to my chest, so exercise yesterday was no. I'm going to TRY today, but man...unimpeded breathing is heavily underrated.

            Being a "newbie" and all, and also having had a hard time getting back on, I would like to join this challenge and be a part of it!
            Please tell me how to begin and join, and what my requirements are.. Thank you!

              You've already posted your start weight and goal weight, now all you have to do is pledge a water per day goal and an exercise amount per week. For example, I promised 45 minutes a day of aerobic activity four times a week. Post your progress every day and Julie and Vickie will take care of you. Welcome to the challenge and good luck. I'm sure if you meet exercise and water goals and stay on plan your weight goal will happen.

                        No exercise for the weekend (planned to on Saturday). Water intake ok. Food intake - still on track.

                        Lost 3 lbs this week. (week 1 of induction). So, back to the gym for a run monday.

                          Thats where you will paste your ticker also.
