    Miab I didn't realize your goal was 5 # for the week. That is a lot. Congrats on the 4#. That is amazing.

    I managed 2.5 liters of water yesterday. Aiming for 3 again today

    Today is another heavy house work day that I will claim as exercise. I will also walk at the market (I have to get some groceries for the week)

    Yesterday we managed to get my office moved from the upstairs and the spareroom moved into it. My office is spilling out of the family room. My desk is in 2 peices in my living room

    Today we are trying to get the spare room empty of my husbands crud..... He has a lot of clothing and books in there that he hasn't used/read for years. Once it is empty and clean we are painting so my daughter can move in. After that my office will be set up in her bed room...... This is a nightmare that I have been putting off for some time.

    I didn't get a chance to update stats yet- I might get it today. Monday for sure.

    My back is feeling ok right now (hopefully my cramps are gone). My knee did get sore yesterday but is feeling ok right now.... crossing my fingers that I manage to stay somewhat pain free today.

      Julie, I made my gallon today and threw in an extra exercise session. My son and I did shoulders today. No weight loss today, probably by Tuesday we'll be seeing 197.

        Thanks AlaskaGirl! I'm being aggressive cause I want to be at 185 by my birthday which is April 12th. Of course I will be ecstatic just to make it onederland by then!

          today, water was well in excess of 100 oz!

          AND 2 hours of roller skating! i'll think of it as INTERVALS, because I had to keep stopping to breathe. the flu is still beating me senseless.

            walked 5 miles today and stayed on plan for the third day in a row! Still have another 20 ounces of water to drink to make 72 but that's easy to do tonight

              ok checking in for today, and yesterday, i did manage to drink 100 oz of water. However I did not exercise. I am getting really mad at myself, today is a new day. Also I did my weekly weigh in, and I lost 2 more pounds. I know this weight loss will end if I don't get my butt up and moving.

                  OK- I just went through the last few days and tried to update every one. Next time we will all have to have the same weigh in day.

                  Chinadoll & Chynna- I am so sorry that I had the 2 of you confused. I still need the start weight and current weight for Chinadoll.

                  Today I will drink 120 oz of water. 35 oz down so far. Yesterday I had 2 liters (roughly 90 oz). I bought a case of water and set out 6/20 oz bottles. The smaller bottles are easier for me to hall around and not so over whelming as the big bottles that seem to get stale.

                  I managed 30 min of wii and a lot of walking. We eneded up power shopping (2 hours of walking) and taking the day off from cleaning/moving. Today we are hitting it hard again. I have to get my house back. I plan on house work and wii again.

                  I made some kick butt magical vegi soup yesterday. I had it for breakfast. Today I will make a cheese cake of some kind.

                  I did jump on the scale and liked what I saw. No reporting til Friday for me.

                  Vickie- I am sure your gain is nothing but water. Same with TJ. Any one who is working out a lot will retain water while your muscle are sore/healing.

                      It's OK that you have us confused Julie. It's an honest mistake, since our SNs are so similar

                      My stats for yesterday:

                      Mar. 8th - Water: 3 liters, Exercise: none, sick day

                      I'm not sure when I will be able to get back into the gym again. My baby has a spastic bronchitis again and she needs close monitoring. She almost got admitted into the hospital today, but since we know how to care for her during her illness, we were able to take her home. I hope she gets well soon so that she can be her happy and healthy self again!

                      BTW, Julie, the stats for last week are right. I had a weight loss goal of only 2 lbs for that week and ended up losing 7 lbs! That was definitely a welcomed surprise!

                        Checking in for the last couple of days:
                        Saturday: I managed my 30 minute workout with my abs and push ups and added 10 minutes of dancing salsa. (We went out to dinner at a Cuban restaurant...Yummy!)
                        2 liters water

                        Sunday: I had 1.5 liters water and instead of my usual workout I did a 2 mile walk + my push ups and abs.

                        Today I'm aiming for: 2 liters water + 40 minute interval workout w/rebounder, leg magic and toning w/ 20 push ups & 60 crunches. I'm upping my routine to try to get more intensity.

                        Tomorrow is my weigh and measure day, so my fingers are crossed to see the scale go down and the amount of inches lost go up! I'm scared....

                          Julie, I did 45 minutes of power aerobics this morning and 45 minutes of pumping iron this evening. I did a gallon of water also. No weight loss to report. Well I did lose 2 but found 4. Hopefully it's temporary or muscle gain, I've been hitting the weights pretty hard.

                                Today I walked three miles and did an hour of pilates. Must lift weights tomorrow. Drank 72 ounces and stayed on plan!
