    Thanks for the help gang.

    I am trying to keep the weight changes to 1 x per week so it would be easier to keep track.

    I managed all of my water yesterday woohooo I will do the same today 120 oz or 6 bottles.

    Today we are painting/moving still. I failed the wii yesterday. My neighbor came over and visited (spring break) any way as much as like visiting I lost a couple of hours of my day because of it. I ran out of time and then got sore again by evening. I will do 30 minutes of wii sports (if not longer) before I start painting today.

    I also did not make the cheesecake that I had planned. I need to get one made (it helps me get my fat intake up). I had vegi soup (with ham and steak) for breakfast & lunch (I added cheese) and then I had a chicken breast & green salad for dinner with ranch. The cheese and the ranch were good, but I do not like to get most of my fat from cheese.

      Hi Challengers

      Weekly weigh in = 208 - down 4 pounds since last week.

      Exercise has been limited to walking to the train in the morning and walking to and from work/bus everyday. Still haven't brought myself to walk home from the train at the end of the day - that hill is intimidating!! I also haven't walked to the train from work (end of the day - hour long walk) like I wanted to - I think I committed to doing it at least twice a week. I'll definitely do it at least once this week!!

      Water intake has been difficult - so far this morning I've had about 30oz. On average I think I'm drinking about 60oz of water. My problem... I get a bottle of diet coke at lunch and nurse that all afternoon with only an occasional sip of water. Not good!

      So... I really, really need to work on that!
      Just don't know if I'm willing to give up my daily diet coke.

      I purchased an exercise video series - it should come in the mail soon (recently received an e-mail confirmation that it's on it's way). As soon as I get it I'll tell you all about it.

        Yesterday: 2.25 liters water + 40 minute interval workout w/rebounder, leg magic and toning w/ 20 push ups & 50 crunches.

        I met yesterday's goal and it was a good workout.

        This morning I did my weigh in: 194!!! Yippeeee! I'm so glad to see the scale moving down after a stall. It's one pound closer to my first goal of 190. I can't wait to check that one off.

        Today I'll try it again: 2 liters water + 40 minute interval workout w/rebounder, leg magic and toning w/ 20 push ups & 60 crunches.

        I also bought some new running/walking shows and will put in some walking time this week. Can't wait to try them out. (I've had a heel spur/arch problems on one of my feet for about a year and it's been slow healing and cut down on the amount of walking I do--it's getting better and better these days. These shoes seem like they will give me the support I need)

            Good job Simmone.

            Yesterday I only had about 80 oz of water. Todays goal is 120 oz water.

            I did not exercise but I did end up rolling/painting a bed room which made me sweat buckets. I will count that as exercise. My daughter started rolling the primer but was super slow so I did 3 walls of primer and 4 walls of paint.

            Today I will not exercise again but have plenty of house work and other things to keep me busy. I will report back tomorrow.

              I had well over 100 oz of water yesterday, and am around the 60 oz mark so far today, and it's only 130.

              and today, I will try to get some exercise. my cough is trying to come back, which really sucks for exertion. I've been EXHAUSTED for the past couple of days, had insomnia, and just had zero energy.

                Julie, I did a gallon of water, ran a mile and a half, did 60 sit ups, 50 push ups, and lifted brutally for an hour doing chest and back. That's 4 workouts since Sunday. And I'm gaining weight but losing inches in the belly. I don't see me losing 10 pounds by Easter. So far I'm up 4, but in a good way.

                  I am ahead on walking but behind on lifting weights this week. My water intake is up and on target and Induction is going really really well. I am shocked that I am not struggling more this time. Will post weight on Sunday.

                    Hello all, I'm not new to Atkins but new to this board, I'd love to join, (I realize I'm a bit late in the game but I did restart Atkins on or around the 15th of Feb).

                    As of yesterday I was at 265, I've gained more since the mid of Feb than I've lost (not really doing clean induction and other factors that just did not allow me to lose). On Monday I weighed in at 271 I added the gym back into my day and have been on strict Atkins now (day 2 today).

                    My goal for today: 21 floors on the stepper and two miles on the treadmill

                    Drink: 100oz of liquid (this inlcudes water, SF drinks and herbal tea)

                    Eat clean

                      You all are doing so well. I feel bad bc/I really want to start getting to the gym but have so many projects going on and my low back has been killing me for the last 2 weeks. My knee is getting better.

                      Yesterday it didn't start hurting until I started moving our old junk to my van. I am taking a bunch of stuff to a favorite charity since we are re-organizing our house..... I didn't paint my office. I just started moving stuff into it. I still have a dozen or so box's to put away and some more furniture and items to load into my van. Then I can clean my house and be happy that it is finally finished. I thought that mving three rooms would be easy. It has literally been Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday working on them. I stop at 4:30 or 5 every day because I am so sore. I also have my usual job to to squeeze in as well as meals etc.

                      I figured today would be the last day of moving and then Friday I will clean the rest..... as well as make a trip to the laundry mat since hubby managed to not fix the dyer (or even start for that matter). He was going to do it last weekend but I made him help me Saturday and then Sunday he needed to rest after a super tough work out....... I am not complaining. I know he will get it done this weekend.

                      Yesterday I managed 100 oz of water. Today's goal is 120. Only down 20 so far it is 9 am. I did not do the Wii, but moved heavy objects with the help of my daughter for about 3 hours so I will use that as my exercise todays exercise will be more of the same and possibly some wii or walking at the park with the dog.

                        Yesterday: 30 minutes of intervals> rebounding, toning & weight lifting. A good workout.
                        Didn't get as much water in as I'd hoped: 1.5L, but lots and lots of hot tea. I was freezing my butt off, so maybe that counts as some fluid.

                        Today: I'll do the same, but add 10 minutes. So, 40 minute intervals.

                        I'm hoping to drop 2 lbs. this week. We're going on vacation at the end of April and I'd love to be 180 and fitting back into some of my clothes and feeling great!!! So, I've got 14 lbs. to lose by then. Hmmm, well if I lose another 10 lbs. by then I'll be happy. That might be more realistic. That's basically 6 weeks away.

                          Reporting in...

                          Water intake is actually going pretty well today - I'm up to about 35oz and it's half way through the day. I'm aiming for 70 to 75oz so I'm happy with the numbers so far.

                          By husband surprised me yesterday with a weight set - 2, 3 and 5lb hand weights. So sweet of him!! The room is equiped with a TV for my videos, a mat for floor exercises & pilates, a ball & a gazelle. The only thing we need for our workout room is a bench. No more excuses... I have to get down there and work out!!

                              Yesterday got in 3 and half miles walking and an hour of pilates. About 72 ounces of water and stayed on plan! I am actually looking forward to April 12 because I am being so committed this time.
