      Hello all, well yesterday I did not go to the gym. I did eat clean and I did drink my water but I was so busy at work I could not get out. Today I will go to the gym (which will make 4 days this week) and I will do my 21 floors and 2 miles on the treadmill.

            Yesterday: 40 minutes total: 20 min. walk (in new Nikes--good) + 20 min. of intervals> rebounding, leg magic, toning & weight lifting. Water: 2L

            Today: I'm going to try 30 minutes or more of some exercise videos I have. Mix it up a bit. + a 2 mile walk (we're going to dinner tonight and we walk there, which is a great addition to my wkout week).
            Water: 2.5 L

              Everyone seems to be doing so well!! Keep it up!!

              I've been much better with my water - downed approximately 75oz yesterday and I'm well on my way to the same amount today.

                  Julie, I did a 5k and spent an hour in the weight room. I just hit 100oz on the water at 7:15 PM. The rest of my fluids today will be beer.

                    TJ - that's a pretty good workout. I was wimpy this week - well time pressed.

                    Today I did 1 hour weights - upper body. No running afterwards.
                    Water. 1.5 L
                    Food. On track.

                        Hi gang,

                        Wow you guys are really working hard. Good Job!

                        I had a very productive day yesterday I managed my 120 oz of water. Got my down stairs put completely back together and cleaned. Saw the movie "The last house on the left" I thought it was pretty good (I like violent scary movies). Made a great dinner, played Wii sports for over an hour with my daughter and the neighbor girl and slept like a baby from 9 pm until 8:30 this morning.

                        Today I am going after 120 oz of water and cleaning my upstairs. Moving the last peice of furniture to my van (with hubby's help) taking it to a donation center, food shopping, and then wii again tonight. I really want to pick up the wii fit today. Hopefully I do not run out of time/energy.

                        I also need to work on a video clip of one of my dogs. He has been sick and this TV company is still interested in using him is a show. I tried to send them to some other people who have dogs like mine but they like him a lot so he is still being considered. Who knows maybe he will be on TV one day.

                          got in my "conditioning routine" already today! will do callanetics later if I have time (and I'm sure I'll have time).

                          tomorrow will be a 2-3 hour walk (in a parade), and then likely 2 hours of skating, if I have the gumption. my tailbone really hurts.

                            Well, overall I had a good week. I exceeded my walking goal and did my pilates but was short on weights (will try to make up for it today). My water and food are on track. I cheated and got on the scale yesterday. I am up a pound today but given the foods I ate yesterday I expected some water retention today. So my weight today is 240. Seven more pounds to go by April 12.

                              Hi everyone! I know I am late in joining the game, but I don't want to wait until a new challenge begins. So, I am in! I just started This WOE again 2 weeks ago. I am down 6 pounds. I know I would be doing so much better if I was exercising the way I should be. After spending the day with my class of 17 5th and 6th graders, all I am usually ready for at the end of the day is collapsing on my couch. This week is spring break so I am going to get my behind to the gym.

                                OK Snap, I'm not running this show, but you need to pledge an exercise goal, a weight loss goal, and a water goal. For example I pledged a 10 pound loss that I am 11 pounds behind on , 100 oz of water per day, which I have met every day except yesterday, and an exercise goal of 4 times a week, 45 minutes per session. I am so far ahead on that goal I could take the rest of the month off. I did an hour and a half in the gym this morning, chest and back. Good luck.
