    I stayed on plan with food despite the fact that the tournament I attended didn't have much to choose from. I also kept my water up all weekend. On the downside, I didn't get much exercise in and I ate a lot even if it was legal. Will weigh in tomorrow morning.

      Great news! Weighed in this morning, down 4 lbs. I have been keeping up on water and daily walks!!!

        It is sad that this challenge is going to end in a few days...I went to the gym today, did the eliptical, 33 minutes (the machine actually turns itself off after 33 minutes...lol). Tomorrow I will add back in weights. My goal for this week is to go to the gym 5x, 1 of 5 down!

          Well, weighed in today and bounced back up two and a half. Fully expected it what with mostly red meat and more sodium than usual this weekend. Now at 239.5 today, but a couple days of walking and water should flush all this out. I didn't go off plan, just didn't do the things you need to do to help it along. But it was worth it for the Rugby Sevens weekend.

            I have been super busy, but doign well staying on plan.

            Yesterday I managed all of my water (120 oz). Today I am working on the same. I will walk at the park today if it warms up, if not I will play Wii for 45 minutes. I may or may not go to the gym tonight with hubby. It depends on my knee.

              Checking in today.

              Water going down good I managed 120 oz yesterday and I am working on the same for today. Almost 60 so far.

              I plan on walking with Havok at the park again today after it warms up.

                I am just getting around to this thread. I would love to do it as well but it seems to be almost over? Easter, I take it? Will you be doing another one after Easter that I can join? Thanks, Kelly
                I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

                  I am back on track after a weekend of no exercise. Water back to normal and I walked my three miles this morning. Weight is not down (I didn't expect it to be) but it is back to 237 after a weekend of too much food (even if it is all legal).

                    Good job China.

                    Kelly- I don't plan on hosting one but I plan on joining one after Easter. This one seems to have lost most of it's challengers but I am commited to seeing it through the end.

                    Check out the challenge forum- there are usually some starting.

                    Yesterday I managed all of my water and today I am down about 30 oz so far working on my daily goal of 120 oz.

                    I walked for about 45 minutes. Today I will be working in the cold moving box's and totes (packing for my food show next week). It should be quite a solid work out.

                    I am looking fwd to my weigh in tomorrow. I haven't jumped on the scale all week.

                      I think I am the only one left in this challenge

                      Yesterday was pretty good. I did get plenty of exercise to the tune of Oh my aching back and my bad knee was bad. I managed all of my 120 oz of water. I made chicken curry (not as good I lost the first recipe) so I winged it. It was super spicy but not as good. I think I forgot the cilantro, used grnd ginger instead of fresh, and forgot the lime juice. I have to find the notebook with the good recipe.......

                      I have a few hours of intense work to do then I plan on cleaning house and maybe doing laundry.

                        Hello all. I'm terribly sorry I've not been on. I've been so sick, bed rest for about a week now. I am feeling so much better today (still sick but feeling better) so I will have to start today.

                        I will post my numbers tonight, I am going to work work work!

                          I am still here but havent posted daily. I have been doing a minimum of 80 ounces of water a day and have kepy up with all my exercise except only did one weight workout this week. 2 Pilates, 1 weights, and walked five days this week. Plus walked a couple of miles with my dog this weekend but he is old and slow so I can't count it as exercise. LOL I am down to 236 barely. I expect next week I will probably get a whoosh. May not make goal but I will be close. If I miss I know I gave it a good go.

                            Hi everyone! I'm finally back after having 2 sick kids to care for in the past few weeks! I've missed being around for the support and I've missed a lot, as far as challenges go.

                            I managed to stay on track and had my 3 liters of water, or more, a day. I was not so successful with the exercise though! I could not get to the gym as often as I wanted to, but did manage a few times. Going in there today made me feel like a newbie all over again! lol

                            I'm a bit sad that I have no weight loss to report. I've been pretty stressed out and I think my weight was affected by it all.

                            My goals are the same as usual... stay on track, at least 3 liters of water daily and a weight loss goal of 2 lbs a week.

                              Hi Chynna, not much you can do when the little ones are sick. Or when you are sick yourself, bbb.

                              I seem stuck at 236 this week but I got in 45 mins on the elliptical today and got 100 ounces of water down. Hopefully I will see a shift soon.
