Just checking in today.
I had a great day yesterday. I was short on my water (as usual). I managed just about 80 oz . Today I will aim at 120 oz.
Today I will start getting my tax info together and apply for the family PFD's (Alaska Perm Fund Dividend). I will walk at the park for 1 hour with my GSD Havok and do some training. I will play Wii sports for 30-45 minutes. Yesterday I managed to clean my upstairs, shop for food, make the video, and play wii.
The desk is still in my living room where it will sit for at least a coulple of days

My knee has been pretty good as well. I will go to the gym tonight with hubby. I plan on 30 minutes on the treadmill just walking and then light work with the weights on my upper body (maybe 20-30 minutes) and then if I can I might swim and sit in the sauna. We are very cold again so the sauna sounds divine.
(I hardly drink it any more). Eating was good. I had vegi soup with bacon and cheese for breakfast & lunch, 1/2 omlette for snack and beef stroganoff with out noodles for dinner.
