    Just checking in today.

    I had a great day yesterday. I was short on my water (as usual). I managed just about 80 oz . Today I will aim at 120 oz.

    Today I will start getting my tax info together and apply for the family PFD's (Alaska Perm Fund Dividend). I will walk at the park for 1 hour with my GSD Havok and do some training. I will play Wii sports for 30-45 minutes. Yesterday I managed to clean my upstairs, shop for food, make the video, and play wii.

    The desk is still in my living room where it will sit for at least a coulple of days

      I overdid it today. I did an hour and a half in the weight room, ran 2 miles, went to my son's baseball practice and ran 2 more miles. It was 87 degrees, and needless to say I got my water in. I had a gallon done by lunch, probably close to two by now. I'd like to post a weight loss one of these days.

          Realized that I had been eating well this past week---too well. I know we don't count calories but I logged about 2100 a day average last week and I know I need to be down closer to 1800 to keep losing. So, am trying to just be mindful of this as I choose my foods. Already have 90 ounces water in today. Walked three miles and lifted weights for 40 minutes. A productive day.

            Good morning everyone. I just realized that everyone is posting a daily goal. I will start that today, I have 100 oz water goal, and 1 hour of cardio. BTW I weighed in this morning and I am down another 2 lbs. Woohoo!!

                Checking in.

                I went to the gym and did 21 floors on the stair master and 1 mile all in 30 minutes (actually 24 minutes) one more floor than the last time I got on and less time on the mile.

                I will keep adding one floor until I can stay on the machine for 30 minutes and I will keep trying to get my mile time down.

                  Yesterday: 45 minutes total workout> 25 minute walk w/ 20 minutes of toning and weights. 2 L water

                  Today: 30 minutes > rebounder + toning + weights.

                    Today 100 ounces water, 5 miles walking (although only 2.5 was a cardio workout of any sort) and an hour of pilates On target with food and my new amended calorie totals.

                      I met yesterday's goal of 100 oz of water and also went for a 2 mile walk on my lunch hour at work, then when i got home I took my dog for a mile walk!!

                      Today's goal 100 oz water walk 2 miles and take the pup for a walk when I get home!!

                        My power aerobics class was cancelled yesterday, so I did a 45 minute spin class. I made my water, but was too tired to do weights last night. I'll hit it tonight. I'm finally moving the scales in the right direction. I made 197, so I guess I'm down 2 pounds for the challenge, 8 more to go. I think I might make the 10 pound goal.

                          Hi everyone,

                          Well, after induction my weight loss has stalled. So, I'm at 185 but planned to be at 183 on Sunday. Had a piece of cake at Mom and Dad's on Sunday night. Sigh. Trying to 'contain' the incident and move on.

                          Yesterday:
                          Exercise: 1 hour of weights at gym - lower body
                          Water: 1.5 litres - need to confirm how many oz that is
                          Food: on induction level

                          Today:
                          Exercise: Done. 1 hour of weights - upper body
                          Water: ongoing
                          Food: ok so far.

                          Feel bad about no weight loss last week. Wonder why...

                            1 litre is 34 oz. So, I should be drinking 2 litres a day to hit that 64 oz mark.

                              This should be interesting for me. I'm not going to post a goal until I get off of induction.

                              The reason why is because I need to see what happens during the next 13 days.
                              I started bicycle commuting 3 years ago as a way to add some exercise to my day. As time has gone on I have gone from 1-2 days a week to a full 5 days a week every week commuting so I am averaging 150 miles a week on my bike.

                              All of cycling books stress carbs, carbs, carbs, for energy to ride so I am not sure how this woe is going to effect my energy levels. even at 250# I am not a slow rider
                              15 -18 mph average and according to my hrm I burn 1800 calories a day just from riding. Yesterday I felt good on the bike so I'll have to see what happens before I commit to any weight loss goals. Mileage goals are easy and water goals are easy weight loss not so much for me.

                                Great Job TJ- I will try to go through the thread tonight and get everyone's weight loss's updated.

                                Yesterday was super busy for me. Today is the same. The good news is the medication I started (relefen) is really helping my back My knee has been pretty good as well. I will go to the gym tonight with hubby. I plan on 30 minutes on the treadmill just walking and then light work with the weights on my upper body (maybe 20-30 minutes) and then if I can I might swim and sit in the sauna. We are very cold again so the sauna sounds divine.

                                My water was lackign yesterday I think I only had about 60 oz. I managed about 6 cups of coffee (I hardly drink it any more). Eating was good. I had vegi soup with bacon and cheese for breakfast & lunch, 1/2 omlette for snack and beef stroganoff with out noodles for dinner.
