      Met goal on water and stuck to the plan. I am too tired to exercise tonight. I will double up tomorrow to make up for today.

        met water goal, and walked for more than 20 minutes as I'd initally thought. probably closer to 40.

          I tried to get on last night but couldn't (IP problems). This is a perfect challenge because I can hit all my problem areas in one challenge!

          GOALS:

          WATER- 72 ounces a day

          EXERCISE- Walking 4 mph for one hour at least 3 x a week
          Weight training at least 2 hours a week
          Pilates minimum 1 hour a week

          WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: I will know tomorrow. Sunday will be my weigh in day and my goal will be to lose the weight I have gained since November so first I have to see where I am now so I know how much I want to shoot for. I have been trying to bring myself back to the straight and narrow for awhile now and think I am FINALLY back on track. Good Luck everyone!

              OK Julie, I have my goals for you.

              100 oz of water every day

              45 minutes of exercise 4 days a week

              10 pounds for the challenge. That will take me to 18% body fat, but still overweight according to BMI.

              Once again, great work on the challenge. STACers Rock!

                Hi Gang,

                Here is the stats that I have so far. Please post the start weight and goals weights. I tried to pull them out of the siggys but I am super busy and I missed some. Plus feel like I have ADD today. My sincerest appologies if I missed any one.

                Also for those of you who want to join but can't exercise you can still join the challenge. Also to the person who wanted to do the inches. I need your total inches to start and the number of inches that you want to goal yourself. We don not want to leave any one out. I will extend entry until Monay evening.

                    SW-199, CW-199, GW-189. I almost got a great start today. I took my kids to a carnival and almost tossed my lunch on a kiddie ride. I am getting to old for that stuff. I used to go on all the rides, but I haven't done that in at least 15 years. No cheating today though. I got my son a funnel cake and my daughter a deep fried snickers and didn't sample either.

                      Ok I seem to have a problem keeping my goals in my siggy, everytime I go back to check them they're gone??? Well anyway my goal weight is 210 for the end of this challenge. I guess I will have to keep track on my own unless anyone has any ideas as to why I seem to be having trouble...and yes I am hitting save...lol I'm going to try one more time to get it to work.
