    Good first day.
    Breakfast- 3 scrambled eggs w/diced shrimp
    Lunch- 10 heroin wings and 2 cauliflower hash browns
    Snack- pork rinds
    Dinner- Surf and Turf(cubed steak and sautéed shrimp w/garlic & butter)

    met 100oz water commitment

    Got some good exercise

    Good day

    went to grocer in the evening and got lots more veggies.

      Yesterday was a good day.
      Breakfast: 2 eggs w/ sausage, 1/4 cup of reg. coffee - no sweetner
      Lunch: Stuffed Pepper
      Snack: 8 oz. Diet Rite w/ Splenda, 3 mini cheesecakes
      Dinner: 2 hamburger patties, 2 oz. cheddar cheese

      Drank 64 oz. of water.
      Went to the gym, did 45 mins. of cardio & strenght training
      GW: 165
      SW: 261 09/25/09
      1st Mini Goal: 249 lbs. Met 10/04/09
      2nd Mini Goal: 241 lbs. Met 11/08/09
      ReStart Date: 01/26/10
      CW: 245 lbs.
      1st Mini Goal: 240 lbs.

        HI there, I started induction on sept 30th and plan on doing it for the month of october! we can do it!

        highest weight 360lbs
        started atkins 315lbs
        current weight 295lbs
        first mini goal 275
        second goal 250

        Induction started Sept 30/09

        Going to succeed, one day at a time!!!!!!!

          Day Two:

          Day by day this is getting easier...
          Breakfast: 1/4 cup coffee (did not have much time to eat)
          Lunch: Grilled chicken strips, 1 tsp. mayo
          Dinner: 2 pieces of Queso chicken

          Drank 64oz. water
          Completed 60 sit ups.
          GW: 165
          SW: 261 09/25/09
          1st Mini Goal: 249 lbs. Met 10/04/09
          2nd Mini Goal: 241 lbs. Met 11/08/09

            Lunch - Chicken wrapped in lettuce leaves and wonton soup (only the liquid)

            Dinner - N/A stomach not feeling well

              Breakfast - 1 cup cabbage, 1 cup green beans
              Lunch - Salad (2 cups lettuce, half a cucumber, 2 egg whites, oil and vinegar)
              Snack - couple slices salami
              Dinner - Ended up making some Tuna monstrosity. Ill detail in blog.


              Exercise - sanded eaves of garage in prep for painting.
              Water - passed 100 oz by mid afternoon. not sure where I landed. Somewhere between 120 and 150?

                  Hi all

                  Yesterday went pretty well for me too.
                  I was working a charity breakfast so I had a good Atkins start to the day.
                  I tend to eat a lot at the beginning, as I crave "other" stuff, so I just keep feeding myself with protein

                  Breakfast - Bacon, Eggs, Sausage

                  Snack - Turkey Bacon

                  Lunch - Salad with lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, turkey and cheese

                  Snack - Cheese

                  Dinner - Three eggs with cheese and hollandaise.

                  I think I got my water in but didn't keep very good track. I usually drink a lot of water anyway.

                  Here's to another great day!

                    Breakfast: 3 over easy eggs with one turkey sausage pattie.

                    Lunch: BLT wrapped in lettuce leaves and mayo

                    Snack: N?A

                    Dinner: French Onion Soup (without the bread), salad with grilled shrimp

                    Water intake for the day: 100oz, quite easy today, I was pretty thirsty.

                      1 1/2 cups Green Beans
                      1 1/2 cups Cabbage

                      Water
                      well over 100oz

                      Exercise
                      no proper exercise
                      worked on garage with belt sander(a workout in it's own right)

                        1 cup coleslaw(induction friendly)
                        1oz each of pepperjack and colby
                        1 med pickle
                        (had alot left over. eyes were bigger than stomach)

                        Snack
                        Pork rinds

                        Dinner
                        1 slice meatloaf
                        2 cups coleslaw

                        Water
                        well over 100oz

                        Exercise
                        no exercise on football day

                          Only 64oz. of water today. Decided to up my goal to 80 but fell short. Will try harder tomorrow.

                              Workout Routine: Walked on treadmill for 1 mile, 10 pushups, 20 squats

                              What did I eat today?


                              Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs mixed with 1 oz cheddar cheese and 2 pieces of bacon

                              Lunch: Leftover grilled shrimp, celery, peppers with cream cheese

                              Snack: 1 cucumber with salt and pepper

                              Dinner: Ground beef with cauliflower mashed potatoes

                              Water intake for the day: 100oz
