Happy Thursday Everyone!!!!
I'm really loving the WOE and forgot how delish everything is and the appetite suppression is kicking in today! I finally had a day where I wasn't running around so I slept in until 11:00am!!! GLORIOUS! Woke up had some ice water, returned a few phone calls and before I knew it, it was 12:30 and I hadn't eaten so I made a GREAT salad. I cooked up a couple chicken burgers with provolone cheese, crumbled bacon, lettuce, cukes and ranch dressing=yumm-o!!!! Having some more ice water, checking the boards, watching Roseanne reruns and then gonna start my writing assignment for class. I'm charging up my ipod so I can hit the treadmill today too! Damn I feel good!
DEBI-CONGRATS on hitting the new number!!! Holy crap, wait a minute here, does that mean you've lost 11lbs since Monday? Woo-hoo!

! And try and get them incorporated into the meals. They may be more enjoyable if they're "mixed" in with some meat or cheese yk? Hang in there with the stall because we all know the scale lies. You may be losing inches. I need to take my measurements today I keep forgetting to do that myself.
Wnt2bskinny: GOOD JOB on the 6lbs!!!! I haven't weighed myself yet I'm trying to keep my october goal of weighing once a week so my weigh in is Monday! PS. CONGRATS on quitting smoking too I noticed that in your siggy. That's what I need to do. I've knocked it down quite a bit, about 5 cigs a week I would like to quit all the way for my NYE resolution!
Alimccat: CONGRATS TO YOU TOO! WTG on the 5lbs!
Onmyway: Instead of eating (or in your case NOT eating) 3 meals a day, just have 6 mini meals. That way since you're not really hungry having a little protein/veggie snack every so often will keep your metabolism from grinding to a halt and you're not having to force feed yourself a huge meal. Did that make sense?
