You are very sweet. I was blessed with broad shoulders (and an equally broad bum!) so weight tends to sit pretty well on my frame. At 5'8", my body hides a lot of sins (a LOT). I used to be a workout fanatic and a real skinny minnie, but these days I am lucky if I make it on the treadmill 3 times a week. The best way to improve your shape is weight lifting. If you are shaped like a pear, dieting will make you into a smaller pear. Weight lifting actually changes things around a bit.
Photo shop will let you decrease the "density" of your photos and also will let you format them for the web. Also you can reduce the size considerably and then they will fit. Monkey around a bit. It is possible to do.
