    I had chicken soup that I made. Had green peppers and tomatoes in it Thats really about it. Some seasoning.

      I am having left overs from last night. Chicken thigh cooked on the grill, broccoli & brocoflower (hybrid of cauliflower & broccoli) with lots of butter.

        Since I can't have beans (Induction - so they're a NO for me as of yet!)..

        I'm doing a VERY boring can of tuna. I realized too late we need to go shopping LOL and I didn't have a plain can of tuna (it has pepper and lemon) which just didn't sound great mixed with my usual mayo and cucumber.

        Tomorrow I think I'll do a salad with chicken, bacon and peppercorn ranch dressing. YUM!

            I just had 1 cup of spaghetti squash with a tomato/mushroom alfredo sauce.

            BTW the alfredo sauce is from ALDI's and only 4 net carbs.

                  Fresh baby spinach salad with grape tomatoes, egg slices, bacon bits and onions - ranch dressing instead of the 14 g carb per serviing spinach salad dressing in my fridge. Nope - reading labels I am!
