Caesar salad made with butter lettuce instead of romaine. Nice change. With a poached chicken breast and shaved parm and asiago cheeses on top. Poaching keeps the breast meat nice and moist. Add some onion & garlic powders and maybe a dash of oregano and/or basil to the poaching water for flavor.

          filet mignon (in skillet)
          asparagus
          sauteed mushrooms
          dessert:
66 grams of carb smart dreyer's ice cream (3 net carbs) with a crushed sugar free peanut butter crunch (russell stover) as topping. (tastes like butterfinger)

Don't worry it's for me, not you.

Carb smart icecream is not induction legal (I know that is just the pitts) You can make your own ziplock bag ice cream

              Here is a recipe
              "Ziploc" Vanilla Ice Cream

1 tablespoon splenda (or other sweetener you like)
              1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
              1/2 cup Heavy Cream
              6 tablespoons Table Salt
              3 cups Ice
              1 Sandwich Sized Ziploc Bag
              1 Gallon Sized Ziploc Bag

No Ice Cream Maker Needed. It
              really works, trust me!!

In the sandwich sized ziploc, combine splenda, vanilla extract and heavy cream. Seal the bag and shake lightly to mix ingredients.
In the gallon sized ziploc bag, add 3 cups of ice (or fill half the bag
with ice)and add 6 tablespoons of table salt.

Shake till the ice cream forms in the small bag. It works give it a few minutes.
But watch for cream limits, sweetener limits per day.

I had chicken breast strips pan fried with onions and mushrooms and seasoned with Kickin' Chicken Weber's Grill Seasoning with a side of steamed green beans with a tiny bit of onion in them. For the first time in I can't remember when....I couldn't finish my meal. YAY for appetite reduction!
