
Well I have been doing this for 5 days and have lost 1.5 lbs. It appears according to fit day that I am eatting to many vegetable carbs...Breakfast
1 coffee decafe with cream
1 coffee not decafe with cream
2 eggs, .5c half and half cream (I have to finish the carton, I know to cut it out), 3 shaved slices of black forest ham.
Lunch
2 oz chicken breast, 1 tsp cream cheese, .5 c broccoli, 2 oz cheeder cheese
snack
1 tbs cream cheese, 2 celery stocks
Water - 3 litres a day!!
Fit day says my carbs are 22?? net carbs that is 20.3!!
It appears I can't eat dinner tonight? What am I doing wrong here? I also do not think my am in kentsis or how ever its spelt.
Please help before I loose my will to even bother and I throw in the towel....UGHHHH

I am not fat, I am fluffy....
When you have dinner tonight maybe have the rest of your veggies and some protein & fats.

so that would knock down your carbs a bit too.
