    Nikki,
I must first say that when I posted that yesterday I did not realize there were 2 more pages to this thread, as soon as I did I deleted it. Second you are very abrasive when someone posts something you disagree with, you should try to be a tad softer and see the other side before you post.

I don't get why people keep bringing this up when we say it's over and done and we're moving on...

Probably because they post a response to some of the comments without realising there are so many pages of messages, as Momof3greatgirls did.

The only way to stop it happening is for those who posted 'edgey' comments or statements to go back in to their original posts and edit those comments out, then people coming new to this thread wont see them and feel they need commenting on.

No need to stop posting if you want to contribue - just dont worry about it if someone seems to be 'stirring the pot' - they may only just have read the first few postings :hug They will realie it has blown over when they get to the end of page 3.

You did realize there were 2 more pages you just wanted to be negative and comment quickly. Next time read the whole thread through before you comment. I've never attacked anyone character here at ADBB initially, and I don't appreciate you attacking mines initially. You're the Abrasive/Negative one. Go tell your kids how to act and not me, because I'm a grown woman who have contributed to this forum in a supportive way toward a lot of people. I started this thread with my great results, people can "try" to tear apart my happy results, but hey I'm still standing, I'm like Oprah baby you can't break my stride!!! I'm done with this conversation, don't bring it up again.

I don't want to get in the middle of the duel, but there are people who can do that and say it works wonders for them.
With my job, I don't even get home before sometimes 8 or 8:30...7p.m. is when I get to leave "early".
And since I often don't get a real lunch, I would be severely undernourished if I stopped eating at 7.p.m...I think Oprah's trainer says 6.
But the fact of the matter is if you eat too many carbs or calories at any point of the day you will gain weight, even if you stop eating before 7.p.m.
It only works (stopping at a set time) because people tend to not eat as heavy earlier in the day as they do at an evening meal and it cuts out snacking before bedtime as well.

In the end, losing weight is still a math equation.
